The outside part of the Pavilion was lovely to sit in feeling of outdoors indoors. Inside area was very noisey. Maybe because of more numbers aloud in venues now. Will be back lovely place.

We celebrated a friend's birthday by arranging an afternoon tea for the three of us. Initially, we had reservations in the coffee lounge, but we were moved to a quieter section of the hotel.

I'm really disappointed that we can't make any more reservations. We usually come as a group of six, and my mom isn't feeling well. We used to visit every Sunday, but now it’s going to be difficult to find a big table. It was wonderful while it lasted… Visualizza piatti

Love this place and spend most mornings in the new coffee shop. Great service, coffee and choice of snacks, scones, meals in my opinion this is now the best place in Kilmarnock. Never a problem parking and the loos are spotless. Everyone that works there are extremely friendly and can’t do enough to help their customers honestly the Park Hotel is fabulous!!

The new Pavilion is very nice , we had breakfast which was tasty. Because it was reasonable busy and having a lot of glass we found it to be a bit noisy, friends had previously warned us about this. We much preferred when the coffee shop was situated in the function room but obviously with things opening up the function room will be used for it’s real purpose.

Ordered roll with bacon and black pudding and since I am vegetarian I ordered a scrambled egg roll. When our order arrived the black pudding was on top of my scrambled egg instead of with the bacon. I told the waiter who brought our food to the table about the mix up, he duly took it away, apologised and returned two minutes later with the same rolls but the black pudding moved to the bacon roll. A chef should know, after explaining I don’t eat meat, that this is not a solution. The remains of the black pudding was clear for anyone to see. I was offered a replacement but I declined and the cost of my roll removed from the bill. We have visited the Pavilion many times since it opened but clea... Visualizza piatti
