Und das zu einem super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei dem man auch als Mann satt wird. Einziges Manko: kein wirklicher "Gastraum" zum sitzen. "I don't know where to begin since there are so many things coming together in making this an extraordinary place in the most positive way. Most important: the food, which is sooo unbelievably good! Everything is vegan, organic and freshly made. You can choose from so many options and combinations that it's hard to get tired of it with that kind of variety.The people who run the place keep on coming up with ideas and new stuff, not just foodwise but also in terms of events and ways to spend the evening. There is a very creative spirit and the atmosphere is relaxed, cosy and like a little hideaway. I like the openness, the mixture of people and that it's easy to get talking to other people.Besides that I love the concept of bringing chemistry and food together in this way. The prices are very affordable, especially when one keeps in mind that everything is organic and high quality food. You really get the feeling that it's not so much about the profit and that it's a rather prosocial approach. "Wow! An address you have to visit. Jane and her husband are with full heart blood. Everything is loving and stylish. The relaxing atmosphere invites you to stay. With us it was finally 3.5h The card is small and very appealing. The Gin Tonic world class! The food was so delicious that my friend and I had to give us constantly enthusiastic views and sounds. Absolutely worth his money! You taste that is fresh and cooked with a lot of love and knowledge. Quote Jane: “For us there are only homemade dishes. What we cannot do is not exist.” Jane was super sweet and had a great chat all night. I'm really excited to have such a great address in the West of Leipzig! Who doesn't try it, miss what! "Insgesamt ok. Die Soßen waren lecker, wenn auch keine Geschmacksexplosion. Hatte scharf bestellt, war leider nicht zu schmecken. Lammfleisch manche Stücke gut, manche etwas durchwachsen. Hähnchen ok, aber nichts besonderes, etwas trocken. Von der Qualität der Gerichte vergleichbar mit irgendeinem beliebigem Viet Imbiss von nebenan: Fleisch mit Soße und Reis, nur dass da ein solches Gericht nicht zwischen 15 und 18 € kostet, sondern 7 8 €. Lieferung ging sehr schnell, weniger als 20 Minuten. Dafür war der Lieferant eher unfreundlich, gab mir nicht das Essen, sondern stellte es auf den Boden und ich musste mir alles einzeln selbst aus der Lieferbox nehmen. Dabei sagte er nicht bitteschön oder bitte nehmen Sie sich das Essen selbst heraus sondern machte nur eine Geste und sagte kein Wort. Das empfand ich als unhöflich und eine komische Situation."

"We were five. On a Saturday evening at the greatest time. We had an absolutely attentive, friendly and fast operation! Surely we had to wait longer for food, which was absolutely foreseeable. We had a 500g hot potato bread with 3 spreads (including Griebenschmalz *absolute Recommendation*! Divided and were already well saturated. The main foods were all very good! Crispy haxe, delicate bovine rug, etc. It was a great evening. We were completely satisfied. The services all had a fresh touch on the lips and the many guests absolutely calm themselves! It was also very good at price! Absolutely recommended!"

"as a carved friend of Czech cuisine I was very excited to visit so locally also during my stay in leipzig. the selection on the menu is very authentic from my own speis and drank. the place is large, we sat very pleasant a little bit from the trubels in the farm. on our table was ordered above all the biergulasch, which was very crowded to all visitors. even the dog was allowed to enjoy fresh water. the receiving service has rounded off the experience that I will return."

"We are gathered together from all parts of the world--United States, Canada, Taiwan, Mainland China and locals. All because we wanted to share a delicious and authentic Chinese dinner. With twelve people we were ushered into a VIP area where we can chat with reasonable privacy.We were thinking of having chop suey or fast food like fusion meals. It turns out to be a very authentic experience. The two cumin lamb dishes were delicately cooked ( not fatty greasy nor burnt)--consumed quickly as instructed, at the right temperature. The BBQ Duck was juicy tender and tasty, eaten together with the sauce and thin rice wrap. Potato julienne strips were fresh and yummy to taste. We also had a few refreshing tapenade dishes--sea weed, broccoli, pickled vegetables with edamame. There is the comforting home-dish like GrandMa tofu. The highlights of the dinner were first the fried Fish with lotus slices, onion and fried tofu in its own sauce. Then it was the fresh poached trout, cooked to perfection --reminded me of Schubert's "Die Forelle" . The decor was modern with strong flashes of red, a happy colour in Chinese settings. The servers were busy but very pleasant and helpful in deed. The place was almost full even when we left.It was altogether a very satisfying and enjoyable meal, over and above our expectations. We definitely will recommend it to anybody trying to try authentic Chinese cuisine here."

"Der spontane Besuch im Maharadscha hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so gut indisch gegessen. Alle Speisen waren wirklich lecker und sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Von Reis angefangen, wo man die einzeln Gewürze herausschmecken konnte die verwendet wurden, über das Raita (noch nie habe ich besseres gegessen) sowie das bestellte Paneer. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und ging auf alle Wünsche ein. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal hier gegessen haben!"

"Today we ate our first full-grain pizza. it is a reconciling, but delicious and we only managed to make half a pizza, because it makes much more rich. the salads were very fresh and well marinated. although we came with a groupon voucher, we were treated very friendly. the restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. the knives could be sharper. we'll be back."

"Yes, gastro business is difficult and relays on pure calculation, however, for 16,50 Eur to serve a veggie patty and sweet potatoes straight from a package is dissapointing. That's very little effort. Also, to serve fresh salad with dried herbs on top is not a good practice, any culinary school will tell you that. And tea bags from Metro brand for 4.50 per cup? Lastly, yes, that's a nitpicky detail, but the shabby chic interior, prices and using Spotify basic account with commercials is just too interfering. Unfortunately, but there several other vegan places in the city that has a lot more to offer for 20 euros for one dish meal. Just little more effort would go a long way."

"Take trams 7, 8 or 15 from city center and get off at Angerbrücke for a 290 meter walk to Restaurant Olea or go on and pass Olea on left hand side and get off at Lindenauer Markt and walk back 240 m.I was on my way from the hotel to the city center in tram 7 when I saw the inviting candle light from restaurant Olea. I got curious so I got off at the next stop (Angerbrücke) and walked back. Quite a few people had chosen to dine at Olea and, that usually being a good sign, made me come in. Straight away a young woman got me the menu.The menu is quite extensive containing omelettes, salads, risotto, oven baked dishes, pasta, chicken, fish and rump steaks. I ordered pasta and couldn’t withstand to look at the dessert menu and found Schwedenbecher (Sweden cup) with ice cream, applesauce, whipped cream and eggnog if I recall correctly. Being Swedish and never heard of it I just had to try. The bill came to 19 EUR including a glass of wine, which I find very reasonable for a very good meal and friendly service with a smile.I just (9 Oct 2016) looked up their weekly menu and all items but one, roast veal, were priced under 10 EUR. If I were living in the area I’m sure I’d come here regularly. Do try restaurant Olea!"

"Wir waren geschäftlich zu Besuch in Leipzig und wollten die Reise mit einem Besuch in einem schönen Restaurant abschliessen . Auf TA haben wir dann Steaktrain gefunden. Das restaurant ist nicht nur optisch eine Augenweide sondern auch kulinarisch sehr gehoben. Optisch ist das Restaurant sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines Eisenbahnwagens eingerichtet. Die leuchtende Decke nimmt dem Kellergewölbe das typische kellerflair und nimmt einen auf eine kulinarische Reise mit.Wir hatten Thunfischtatar als Vorspeise und Fisch und Steak im Hauptgang. Beides war sehr sehr lecker, sehr schön zubereitet und sehr raffiniert präsentiert. Die garstufe war perfekt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat unsere wünsche sehr liebevoll realisiert. Absolut empfehlenswert und sehr gerne wieder ...."

"This restaurant disappoints healthy palates all the way. The fantasies and out-of-the-box selection proves to be an antivegetarian series of totally dead-cooked ingredients panscherei unspectacular type, which is served at cooking temperature on dark plates, which should only distract from the total amount of soy sauce, which should provide the basis for each of these boring and monosodium glutamate. From 8 a la carte mentioned ingredients, there are a total of 3 on the plate, perhaps even more, the soy sauce then kills the rest. Priceless, but completely covered for the quality of a fast snack on known supermarket parking. (which is probably more diverse and tasty. If the disproportion mentioned in the appetizers is then recycled with the addition of Inari as ramen and thus offers the only vegetarian/vegan alternative to plant cuts destroyed in soy sauce, then it is probably a new name that should be difficult to remove from 'Ramenbar'. However, German, carnivorous palates can enjoy themselves well; the cheap meat cuts in soy sauce offer a worthy alternative when the acidic frying again surpassed the weekly turnus and drank from the German neck."

"Yesterday I was the first time at the waffle plant in Leipzig city centre/Brühl. My friend has already recommended it to me and I have not been disappointed either! Despite the fact that we had three couples before us, we didn't have to wait long. Weapons of the week are always offered and this is always hearty and sweet. Otherwise you can add your waffle with 3 or 5 ingredients and who would like more. I chose Nutella sauce, strawberries, children's chocolates and a bullet of yogurt. It was very tasty, only I don't eat so much sweetness, and then it was a bit too powerful. But next time, I take this into consideration when I choose, because I will definitely look over again. Thank you to the waffle. You're great!"

"Angelockt von den Fotos auf der Homepage des Restaurants entschieden wir uns als Sushi-Liebhaber, hier unser Abendessen einzunehmen. Leider hatte das tatsächliche Sushi-Angebot nichts mit den Fotos gemeinsam. Es gab Reste von nur einer Sorte, die sich lediglich durch die Farbe der bunten Streusel unterschied. Die Auswahl der im Buffet angebotenen Speisen war ausreichend, allerdings waren die fritierten Speisen bereits trocken und teilweise hart oder hatten etwas von Gummi. Wahrscheinlich lagen sie schon zu lange, wir waren um 20.00 Uhr dort. Die anderen Speisen waren schmackhaft, das Fleisch größtenteils zart. Die Ente war cross und lecker. Der Fruchtsalat war aus der Dose, die Vanillesoße offenbar einfach nur Milch. Da sie genauso flüssig war, haben wir sie nicht probiert, können über den Geschmack nichts sagen. Die Freundlichkeit der Bedienungen ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Kennen wir aus anderen asiatischen Restaurants auch anders. Unser Fazit: Bei unserem nächsten Besuch müssen wir uns den Weg in dieses Restaurant nicht mehr machen. Schade, hörte sich auf der Homepage doch gut an."

"Seit Jahren unser Lieblings-Grieche. Wir bestellen zwar immer dasselbe und meist zum Abholen, die Qualität der Speisen und ganz besonders der Service sind immer gleichbleibend ausgezeichnet. Als Akropol-Profis erkennen wir zwischenzeitlich die unterschiedlichen Köche der Speisen, so macht z.B. jeder die Metaxasauce etwas anders, aber immer sehr, sehr lecker. Wir werden immer freundlichst begrüßt und behandelt und das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen, deswegen kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder. Das sich 2016 unsere Tochter bei einem Abendessen hier auf den Weg gemacht hat, unterstreicht unsere Verbundenheit zum Restaurant. Besonders hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass sogar ans Telefon gegangen wird, wenn der Laden eigentlich geschlossen ist, das erlebt man nicht oft! Liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team "

"This restaurant is located at the edge of Leipzig’s Waldstrassenviertel, in a quiet street between the Rosentalpark and the city ring. It is just a few minutes walk out of the city center. The garden offers a nicer ambiance than the cellar space inside. The...atmosphere is not totally Italian, but the food certainly is. Our starters, tomato mozzarella salad and asparagus soup, were fresh and tasty, and so was the risotto with sliced beef and porcini. Drinks were all right as well. We would call then service informal and friendly. Altogether, a good place for a summer evening dinner"
