"Wir haben heute Abend bei tollem Wetter ganz hervorragend im Außenbereich des Restaurants Phuangtong gegessen. Ich hatte vorab Frühlingsrollen und als Hauptgericht Gaeng Piow Waan (Grünes Curry mit Gemüse in Kokosmilch und Garnelen). Das Gericht ist als „scharf“ gekennzeichnet und hatte eine für mich perfekt passende Schärfe. Die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Sprich: ich habe vorzüglich gegessen und war danach richtig gut satt. Von mir gibt es auf jeden Fall eine Weiterempfehlung und ich komme sehr gerne wieder hier her!"

Were here for dinner the first time yesterday. A Taiwanese, a Chinese and a German. The food was very tasty, especially on special requests. The service staff and the boss were very friendly. Wir kommen hier öfters zum Essen hin , ich muss sagen das Essen ist echt gut und die Chefin ist sehr nett und freundlich und wenn man mal einen Sonderwunsch hat ,bekommt man den auch . Nach unserem Umzug vom Nürnberger Raum nach Forchheim haben wir ein gutes Thai-Restaurant gesucht. Und nach wärmsten Empfehlungen unserer Nachbarn gefunden: das Phuangtong in Hohenschwärz . Da lohnt sich die Fahrt in die Fränkische noch mehr. Sehr freundliche(s) und aufmerksame(s) Chefin und Personal. Die Gerichte, die wir genossen haben, waren optisch und geschmacklich toll. Alles sehr lecker. Und dazu gibt es tolle Biere. Also nix wie hin. Wir kommen wieder. „Unser“ Lieblings-Thai im Raum Forchheim.

"We wanted to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends who just got 16. We painted all tshirts and were not let in. I even serve in a brewery of the 5-Seidla-Steig and understand that the bachelor's farewells are happy to see, as these are partly impossible to behave, but our group has acted completely normal in terms of alcohol consumption and volume. So if someone has to make the 5- Seidla-Steig more fun by catching common tshirts or taking a bollard car for a few beers, the Elchbräu brewery should avoid.
