Pink Garlic Balti House

Once again, Pink Garlic has delivered an absolutely fabulous takeaway. It is hands down the best curry in Stockport. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and we always go for the Madras. Thank you!

Been a couple of months since we've used Pink Garlic due to Covid, but it's simply the best quality takeaway of it's kind in the Stockport area. Food is always excellent, delivery on time and friendly what's not to like?!

The food was hot and served promptly. There was a fantastic selection to choose from. Everything was cooked well and tasted delicious. The portions were generous. I will definitely order from this takeaway again. I couldn't find any faults with anything.

We’ve tried several local curry houses recently but always come back to Pink Garlic. Their food is always tasty and unlike some other places there’s plenty of lamb/chicken/prawns in the dishes. Love their mushroom rice, naans and the main size chicken chat! Brilliant value and they deliver locally.

First used these guys for take away just over a year ago. Probably ordered 8 times since no it’s always been great. Each of our family member has a favourite, I’m a dig fan of the chicken Korai the Mrs Bengali fish curry, I’ve also tried some of the Nepalese dishes Lamb chewla and Botowan which were also great. Highly recommended

We mistakenly ordered from Pink Garlic and after waiting for an hour, we discovered we had ordered from the wrong restaurant. Upon further investigation, we found that they had taken our money and sent a receipt claiming they could deliver, even though they were 2 and a half hours away. Despite our error in ordering from the wrong place, they still accepted the order for delivery to our postcode. They should have declined the order considering the distance.

We had a takeaway last night from the Pink Garlic for the first time after ordering them for the past 20 plus years from other Indian takeaways but recently have been disappointed, We were a bit sceptical as you are when it’s a first order so you don’t know what to expect. We couldn’t have been happier, the food was amazing and the four dishes all with their own signature taste, this will DEFINITELY be our choice of takeaway curry restaurant hopefully for the next 20 years! Great portions, tender meat, beautiful flavours as fab prices.

I ordered a takeaway from this place,having had food delivered on other occasions. the timeline for the food being delivered was very good. However when it came to eating the food,that was a different subject. My wife had a Chicken Dhansak,the meal itself was tasteless,the chicken was dry. My Balti Exotica was also tasteless and the chicken in it consisted of a large leg with very little meat on it. Garlic rice,very greasy, inedible. I rang to complain about the state of the food and asked for a refund as i had ordered online,however as i had used their 3rd party website i have to claim a refund from the 3rd party website!

So disappointed with this place. We ordered once about a month ago and there was a lot of burnt inedible onions along with bits of raw onion skins too in the rice. This was fed back and we received no communication from them at all. As in the past we have always had such good food and service we decided (stupidly) to give them another chance! How wrong were we! The food turned up over half an hour after the time they stated it would which is forgivable if they are busy but the food arrived and was cold which seeing as though we live round the corner we were not very happy at all.
