Pizza Hut - Piatti

The staff that attended to us was brilliant. James and Ella are fantastic members of staff, that only did their utmost to assist and provided a good/great service.

Restaurant was cold, food wasn’t overly hot and could see hear the staff arguing in the kitchen area, which was very nice atmosphere to eat in. Not sure will be rushing back here

Long time since last at Pizza Hut. Long time before I will go back. Food was tasteless and chewy. Price ridiculous. Machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I was paying upfront. The salad cart looked old and not fresh, didn't enjoy that at all. The re-fill drinks centre was a mess which I assume must have had kids using it and spillage. The cutlery wasn't clean and had to ask for another set. The pizza tasted very greasy and fatty. The garlic bread with cheese was the nicest thing there.

Spoken to like absolute ****. website kept freezing so missed things off the order , chicken under cooked and the girls that work there need to learn customer service big time the restaurant wasnt busy and every table dirty even cutlery will definitely not be taking back my family also the toilets are dirty woukdnt reccomend

This place is just great; all of the staff are amazing, and they clearly treat every customer as nicely as they treat us. The food tastes great, they let us sit in the same place every time and always remind us to register our car. The restaurant is clearly very well cleaned, and even the little things, like music choice and volume, is perfect, all making for a great atmosphere. Visualizza piatti

I placed an online order and was told to pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived on time, but ended up waiting at the counter for ten minutes without being acknowledged. Finally, I got someone's attention and was told to wait a couple more minutes, but it ended up being closer to twenty. By the time I received my order, it was half an hour late, cold, and had the wrong toppings on the pizza. I was extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

Just been in for a Buffett lunch with reservation as previous experience in this restaurant have been shocking with quality of food ,,, have to say today the waitress staff we’re professional and helpful ,,, but I take my hat off to the chef/ kitchen staff ,, clean tasty well cooked food has restored my faith in Pizza Hut and the pizza were always fully stocked ,, compliments to the chef/ kitchen staff ,,,, people forget the experience starts with good food and today you’ve cracked it xx

My family and I dined at Pizza Hut on Tom Valley Way for a meal. We were promptly seated, and the waitress took our order within 5 minutes. However, there were some issues with our experience. Unfortunately, our daughter's first choice of spag bol was unavailable, so she had to settle for a pizza instead. It took 10 minutes for her pizza to arrive, along with her drink. We were still waiting for our sides, and when they finally arrived after 15 minutes, we were disappointed to discover that the chicken nuggets were actually quorn nuggets. Overall, we were not impressed with the service or the timing of the food. However, the pizza itself was quite delicious. Visualizza piatti
