"Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?"

I really enjoy the cheese crust pizza at this restaurant. They offer a variety of vegetarian pizza and side options. They also have great deals available. The Beyond fake meat pizzas are delicious. The restaurant is conveniently located on Sidwell Street and offers quick delivery throughout Exeter. I highly recommend it.

Although I had long waited for the collection on Friday night, the lady was very nice and apologise about it. I watched my car so I can't get a ticket, so she even brought the pizza outside the load for me when it was finished. the pizza was excellent, better than that I usually have when eating in the pizza hut restaurants. the 50% discount pizza for black friday was also a plus!

Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

We ordered a pizza from this restaurant, but they had the wrong phone number on file. As a result, the delivery driver couldn't reach us and we were left without any tracking information. This caused us to wait an additional hour and a half for our pizza, only to find out that the delivery driver had already moved on without making the delivery. When we called to inquire about the situation, we received poor customer service and were even blamed for their mistakes. Overall, we do not recommend this restaurant.
