"Placed a large order at 18:30 on the 19th September. Received a call around 30 minutes later informing me that they could not complete the order as they had ran out of tomato sauce I was told the order was cancelled but the order went to saying delivered 20 mins later and I have had no confirmation of any cancellation or refund. I tried contacting the store back on the day without any luck. Absolutely shocking way to treat a customer, especially when it was a large order for a party and I’m now considerably out of pocket"

Tried to order online, 4 times and it failed. Used 3 different cards, still failed. Called them 8 times, no response. Absolutely shocking service. Will be using dominos from now on. So disappointed.

Ordered pizza in November 2022 to be told the delivery driver had broken down! Said we would be refunded in 3-5 working days, 2 months later after several complaints to customer services, no refund!!! Never order from there Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Excellent. Gluten free pizzas are amazing. Fantastic delivery service from Muhammed who is always so friendly. Daniel provided me with a free bottle of Pepsi which was so kind. Highly recommend pizza hut st helens for anyone looking for affordable, allergy aware, delicious food with a smile.

After waiting 30mins after expected time called and told driver hasn't collected it yet and its being kept warm. 10 monster later had a call to say cancelled and refunded. Last order I had with them 40 mins late and turned up with a guy on a peddle bike. Wales has hills alot of hills no wonder why it was late. Guys use Domino's or papa John's instead the service and lack of customer service stinks , left with a very bad taste after this. Ordered domino's came on time great experience.

We ordered a pizza from here only for the pizza to never arrive. We called them an array of time where we were redirected, ignored and told a refund would be coming within a week. This was a month ago and we never recieved our refund which as a uni student has taken a lot out of pocket. I'm very disappointed. We attempted to call a customer service number which is no longer in use and attempted to email them directly only for the links to never work and never have the email sent through.
