Pizza Hut - Piatti

we sat under the air cone, so as the pizza it came hot and very nice, but the pizza was quite fast cold and through its third disc it is in a round cool. so a shame

We visited today. The lady managing the tables and queue was excellent. She communicated well with us and also with the staff, who were all very good and helpful. It was really nice to be properly looked after when eating out at a time when...so many places are poorly staffed. Thank you!

came as party of 3 before the cinema. it was said that they order over the website, no problem. I just came to work. it was slow, and after 30 minutes to order, we knew we would be too late for our movie if we order now. we have gone to an end. a shame. I came here yesterday with my friend. We ordered a 9 in pizza 2 sides and diet coke. It came to £22 for one person. The food was vile and not up to normal standard. The onion rings were undercooked and like cardboard. The pizza...was tasteless. The total meal cost £39 I think it was with £10 The staff however were really nice and covid organised well. We felt sorry for the staff having to give out this food

The staff was extremely good. Salad bar was constantly replenished and monitored. This is not always the case at other places. The salad bar is a very important part of the meal that we always look forward to. The pizza was cooked perfectly. At some restaurants they sometimes under cook them. Here they were perfect. I really believe the reason why we enjoyed it so much was predominantly down to the quality of the service that impacted on the food.

Me and my family went to pizza hut today and we ordered a green salad (alongside with some pizza) I don’t even think you could call it a green salad, all it had on it was 4 whole tomatoes (not even cut) a few bits...of carrot and loads of lettuce, where was the cucumber and green peppers etc?? Overall for a pizza and 2 drinks it came near enough £20 and we thought that was quite expensive as baring in mind the pizza wasn’t that big either, we will not be returning for a long time. Met at the door with a piece of paper showing missing items off an already reduced menu No garlic bread no ice cream no this or that Had to download a very clunky app. To order which took half hour extra Staff look like frightened...startled sheep through COVID 19 threat Pizza Hut needs to educate its staff or close There is no in between Even a restaurant manager over 17 would make you feel a little more at ease Meal cost £70 for 2 adults and 2 kids Recommend you stay at home and get a Dominos

We have come for lunch and was disappointed at the reduced menu so we decided to have the sharing platter for two at £29.99. with this you get three bowls of salad a pizza and two sides and two desserts First complaint is the green...salad was mostly carrot with a couple of green leaves on the top to make you think you have some leaves there was no cucumber the few green leaves there was were dry and had obviously not been freshly chopped or washed the pizza had little if any tomato base on it so was difficult to eat as it was so dry it was a very bland pizza the fries were not completely cooked and the cheesy triangles were probably the only thing that seemed to be ok. We dine at Pizza Hut regularly so we know what’s what, we aren’t unfamiliar with things here. We haven’t however been since COVID and the experience is somewhat strange at least when compared to other restaurants. The 2*’s is for the food, nothing ‘wrong’...with the pizza and sides, came out piping hot and delicious. Our issues were with the ordering experience and salad bar. There is no option to order with a member of staff, you HAVE to order on their website while sat at your table, you also HAVE to pay card, you CANNOT pay cash and you CANNOT use a gift card, its non negotiable.
