Love their garlic bread that is folded like a calzone. Pizza is OK. Delivery can be so-so, got a crushed pizza once or twice.

This is the best pizza place around. The quality of the pizzas are great. Look really nice and taste lovely. Would not go anywhere else for pizza

2 hours for a pizza? On a Sunday. Wasn’t busy. Rude staff when I tried to call... I request a member of management team to contact myself at your earliest convenience. Thankyou.

The calzone paste was not fresh, overcooked, little sauce for 14 pounds very small. all ingredients are not fresh. I do not recommend. very poor quality, disappointed. take away service fast but very bad quality of the food.

Waiting over an hour , rang and was told ‘10 minutes maybe’, then waiting a further 1 hour to be told our order would not be delivered. Incredibly rude down the phone and disgraceful service. Was told our next order would be free- rest assured we shall not be making this mistake again.

Pizza was delivered, looks like it’s gone through a steam roller, like cardboard. Total waste of money, I called them to be told they will send another pizza out not helpful and rude, the menu states under new management, that has got to be the worst pizza and I wouldn’t give it to my dog

visit them with work and stayed at the shops and the choice looked good. pizza was perfect and worth money. most people are about bad delivery times, so would recommend a collection. the weed in there works alone and hastened from the feet, but still creates service with a smile. 5 stars for the pizza and his effort.

I ordered three different types of garlic bread with a large pizza from Herbies. The garlic bread used to be delicious here, but this time it was dry with no hint of garlic butter, and the outside was hard and almost impossible to eat. When I called to express my disappointment, the man on the phone was rude and insisted that this is how they always make it. However, he later called back to apologize for his behavior and offered free delivery on my next order. I declined and made it clear that I will not be returning.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the staff at the Basingstoke store. The individual who claims to be the manager was extremely rude to us and made us wait for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction and refusing to pay, he continued to yell at us over the phone. He stated that there was no one else to escalate our concerns to besides him. His service and demeanor were unacceptable, and as a result, we will not be patronizing Herbies again. His behavior is tarnishing the reputation of your company.
