"One of the best pizzas I have had in my life. My partner and I ordered one calzone and two pizzas (it was a little too much food, but we were hungry , together with a red wine. Later we ordered desserts and limonchelo. It was all delicious, and the bartenders were very (very! attentive: as I requested the ham to be taken out of the calzone they informed us that one of our pizzas had ham on it, just to double check; when my parter dropped a fork, they came with a new one straight away; and on top of that I heard both of them interact fluently in Italian, Spanish and English. We were impressed when we got the bill because it had not been expensive at all. If we would have known this place our first night in Florence we would have come more than once."

We came spontaneously and rather by chance. The waitress was very friendly, also took the time to explain some things to us and also gave us very good recommendations. Price-performance ratio is very good. I can therefore recommend the restaurant.

Posto molto carino per gustare ottime pizze a prezzi accessibili. Il piatto di carne come antipasto conteneva carne di qualità e offriva un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio di andare sul sicuro qui. €44 per 2 pizze, un vassoio di carne e 2 bibite.

it rained and rained and rained during the day and we came over pizzeria i camaldoli. we have a place outside in the veranda. thanks to the heating it was very comfortable. pizza nonno manú was really great. very tasty teig and good pancetta. definitely a recommended!

Pizza assolutamente deliziosa! Non credo ci sia nulla di meglio da aspettarsi dalla pizza, quindi questo può essere considerato il miglior posto per pizza a Firenze. Soprattutto considerando che i prezzi per la qualità erano molto ragionevoli e il servizio è stato veloce, amichevole e disponibile!

Posizione incredibile, ottimo servizio e tra le migliori pizze che abbia mangiato negli ultimi anni. Il locale è piccolo, ma i camerieri dedicano il loro tempo ai clienti e li fanno sentire ben accolti. È la seconda volta che vengo e ogni volta è sempre meglio. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo per il cibo è davvero ottimo.

Easily the best pizza in the neighborhood. If you spend an hour peeking in windows, and looking over shoulders, you’ll draw the same conclusion and sit here. If you’re a tourist, ask the waiter what’s new. The staff devises new toppings regularly and always innovates. I had La Secara, with mortadella and pesto and balsamic vinegar.

Stopped in due to some fairly good reviews and close proximity to our hotel. Overall we left fairly disappointed. The pizza calzone both lacked flavor. While the dough was decent we just felt this was by far not a 4.7 rated establishment. We’ve had much better pizza in various regions of Italy. The service was “ok” they were friendly but per typical European standards also took their time.
