"We had a family visit and wanted to order pizza, I became aware of the pizzeria through Just Eat. But since I don't like supporting third-party providers, I downloaded the la Rosa app and created an account. I ordered the pizza for 7 p.m., after no delivery came by 7:20 p.m., I called to ask what was up with our food. I was told delivery was on the way, there had been 2 orders in the same town (one at 7pm and one at 7.30pm). Thought it was a little naughty for a moment that I had to wait, but didn't want to be like that. As soon as the phone hung up, the pizzeria called back and asked again what I ordered. Then it said they didn't receive an order, I should order again. The 2nd order would be 10 sfr. It was more expensive than the first one... for whatever reason A second order via the app wasn't possible after all, for technical reasons. So the order was taken over the phone. The pizzas really were there 30 minutes later and were delivered hot. However, unfortunately for 10 sfr. more expensive than indicated in the app. Only after I showed the app did the driver tell me to pay the app price. Card device was forgotten The driver was very friendly! When we unpacked the pizzas, we noticed that there were anchovies instead of ham on the pizza. Anything can happen, but a few negative experiences too many, for the first order. In the end, 1 in 5 people ate bread for dinner because they can't eat anchovies. The pizzas were unfortunately not very convincing in taste, rather greasy. We probably don't order anymore... even if the staff was really friendly."
