Fantastic pizza. Cannot recommend enough. I also need to praise the staff as we showed up on Saturday evening without reservation but still the waiter organised quickly the table for us. Storia interessante con un’ottima esperienza di pizza. Diversa dalla pizza napoletana, qui la pizza ha il bordo sottile ed è cotta in teglia. È un’esperienza interessante e molto buona. Piccolo e delizioso locale. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente, davvero disponibile. Il forno a legna (questo è un valore aggiunto) e un bel bancone all’ingresso con salumi. Pizza pisana autentica, cotta in teglia, l’impasto è buono, ma almeno la mia e quella del mio amico avrebbero potuto cuocere un minuto in più. I sapori sono un po' strani e curiosi, ma è anche bello provare qualcosa di nuovo e non ci siamo pentiti. La cecina è buona, l'impasto è ottimo, non salato (il cibo salato rovina il mio palato) ma leggermente alto. Siamo stati soddisfatti della nostra serata e la spesa è stata in linea con ciò che abbiamo consumato.

So...I went back after some time because it disappointed me the last time. Instead, perhaps it will have changed management, this time I had a really good time. The pizzas have become probably the best in the city among those made in the Pisan style pan, cooked perfectly, with a nice crunchy edge, generously seasoned, with quality products and very tasty. The scones are also top marks. The girl who serves has a nice manner and is really kind and the place is spick and span including the small bathroom (not a given in such a small location).
