"today we ate at "simply toast" at the same time. after ample consideration there was a "steel worscht" toast for me and for my accompaniment a "pesto pronto". we ordered it in the menu which meant that we also got sweet potatoes (including dip) and a drink of our choice served. the menus both moved under 10 euro. but at the end a word. the device is beautifully modern and fits to the current design trends, which we both felt as very pleasant.The sweet potato pomers were simply super. in combination with the tasty dip was the whole just totally delicious. the dead was nothing to do with it. the ahle worscht toast (as brot I chose the roggenbrot and my accompaniment for her the multigrain bread) was very interesting, especially the cheese mix and so also totally delicious. my accompaniment was also very much done by her toast, but said that all of you might have tasted better with my brot. At the end we were nicely saturated and eating was not difficult in us. so the price/performance ratio is just fantastic. super eating with fresh ingredients, a totally nice service and a beautiful location! this local is really an enrichment for kassel and I hope that with this particular idea it can continue to assert itself against possible competitors with consistent quality!"

"Sehr netter Service, auf alle Wünsche wurde mit einem Lächeln eingegangen. Zudem wurden auch unsere Kinder ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Preis Leistung passt. Einen halben Stern Abzug zum Ambiente, da das Restaurant schon etwas älter ist und man evtl. wieder etwas in die Außenanlagen investieren müsste. Dies ist aber keine Kritik, sondern lediglich ein Tip."

"I studied in China and lived there for a long time (shan dong and beijing). what I miss most in Germany (with) is eating. outside of düsseldorf it is really hard to get impossible to get authentic Chinese food. the greater my surprise was when I found the shan dong in kassel (where it regularly strikes me) a simple, small and cheap restaurant with wonderful North Chinese cuisine.I admit, I usually order the same: huiguo rou (baks). it is sharp, fat, oily, salty, fantastic! just as it should be. the jingjiang rousi (京酱肉丝): heavenly! jiaozi (饺ن) with different fillings are also super.I hope there are enough guests here who appreciate this jewel so that it will be preserved for a long time. in anbetracht some reviews - as of the uncultivated barbarian who wanted his suppe before (!) the main course - I doubt certain. but that's hopefully the one to take. he shall order his flühlingslolle and bubbles elsewhere;)"

"Seit ca. 5 Jahren sind wir nun regelmäßig, mindestens einmal pro Monat im Ambrosia... und immer wieder begeistert! Mehrmals im Jahr sind wir in Griechenland und sind auch deshalb sehr gut in der Lage, die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke im Ambrosia zu beurteilen. Auch die übrigen Griechischen Restaurants in Kassel, sowie viele andere Deutschlandweit haben wir besucht. Nirgendwo sonst waren wir so zufrieden wie im Ambrosia! Der ausgezeichnete und sehr freundliche und herzliche Service trägt natürlich auch zu unserer Top-Bewertung bei! Neben den vielen typisch griechischen Gerichten können wir auch Tagesempfehlungen wie z.B. Argentinisches Rumpsteak empfehlen! Da können selbst viele Steakhäuser bei Weitem nicht mithalten! Der angebotene, immer frische Fisch ist eines echten Gourmet Restaurants würdig! Jederzeit hat man die Möglichkeit, die Beilagen nach Wunsch zu variieren. Wer sich das Erlebnis eines Essens im Ambrosia entgehen lässt, versäumt ein wahres Highlight! Die immer weiter wachsende Anzahl an Stammgästen ist sicher auch ein Beleg dafür! "the service, a greek-German couple (both the owners) is professional and always friendly (hearty) contrary to the criticism of milmelmar are very happy (and in front of all the things without turning the eyes). no wort or zaziki from the eimer. the dishes we ordered (lammhaxe with aubergine and cheese baked and gyros with bifteki) were very appealing. the lammhaxe decomposed on the rim, the gyros was well cut, not too thin, so it was both crispy cross and juicy. the dishes were balanced, exactly the right combination of garlic (not too much) seasoned and crumbling. Delicious!The homemade supplements (reach, a nicely dressed salad and zaziki) accompanied the dishes perfectly. besides the excellent taste, the portions were more than sufficient for a good eater.The ambiente is typically Greek in land colored blue and white. Something came into the years but very lovingly decorated. on the window benches are small precious such as old and perfectly restored old steam radios (tube radios). In addition, a veritable number of old coffee cans that are found everywhere give the local its own charm.In terms of cleanliness there is no reason to object. both gatraum and sanitary plants were brightly clean.The peis performance ratio can only be classified very well by us. Conclusion: highly recommended."
