"We enjoyed our chasse meal at the Café des Fontaines last October so much we were eager to eat there again but all the restaurants in Switzerland have been closed for a very long time due to the COVID 19 pandemic. So as soon as they were allowed to re open we booked a table at the Café des Fontaines and two friends joined us. We chose the 79frs menu starter of tartare of tuna which was absolutely perfect and came with a small salad, Tagliata de boeuf sliced entrecôte with roquette and shavings of parmesan which was very tender and lovely to look at (and to eat! and for dessert there was an ardoise (slate with small helpings of six different desserts with an espresso if you wanted one. The crème brûlée and the tiramisu were amazing. One of our friends who doesn 't eat raw fish had the other starter on the menu a tomato risotto.
