"Tiny place, with only 8-10 tables with the usual French too-small-separation between them. The kitchen is open and the service is family style. The menu changes every day and written (in French only, in a hard-to-read) hand writing on a blackboard. We were 4, and took the duo de Canard and the tapas tray for starters, together with an unfamiliar local red wine. The duck breast and Foie gras were very good, as well as the Charcuterie cold cuts and the accomanying spreads, some cheeses and bread.For mains we took the Fillet d'Veau- Veal fillet with small baked-fried potatoes, which was a simple, yet great dish. The dessert was a creamy, classic Creme Brullee and a filo-dough based apple pie, both were perfect. The pie's ingredients are written on a balckboard, so we copied it to try it at home.The wine was good enough, but nothing more- it was too light to my taste, and lacked the body, but it was sufficient.We booked the table through TripAdvisor's "The Fork" app on the same day, and got a 20% discount, so we paid 166 Euros for 4 persons- quite a good deal!"

For a last minute reservation in the St. Germain neighborhood, this restaurant certainly exceeded our expectations. The mozzarella/tomato salad in particular, which is just a staple everywhere else, was really outstanding.

back in this small restaurant always as welcoming and very good. Discover the duck chops accompanied by a homemade purée and a very fruity white gascogne coast. The place was reserved for us for a birthday. international. and in addition to the friendly atmosphere, what happiness for taste buds! between the discovery of the rosé floc, the melting black sock, the tasty cold cut, the different fresh and appetizing products have all enjoyed us! and cherry on the cake: the staff is adorable, welcoming, passionate. I'll come back without any hesitation!

Lille og hyggelig restaurant i den lille sidegade. Åbent køkken inde i restauranten, hvor man ser maden blive tilberedt af friske råvarer. Vi fik en tapas tallerken, som blev grundigt præsenteret af manden, formentlig ejeren. Herefter delte vi en cheese burger. Maden og vinen smagte dejligt og priserne var overkommelige for både mad og vin.Stedet er hyggeligt og i vores forstand autentisk Fransk.

We had an excellent dinner at Plasir Gascon. We started with an appetizer of buretta encircled by three types of fresh tomatoes and basil leaves lightly covered in an olive oil flavored slightly sweet and sour. My wife had the salmon, which was a thick piece perfectly cooked in light cream sauce which was accompanied by s small cassoulet of buttery mashed potatoes. I had the Bevette beef cooked in flow. I almost want to keep this restaurant my own little secret in Paris, but it is too good not to share. We passed by Plaisir Gascon trying to find a restaurant that was not touristy, and a couple eating there noticed us and raved about the food. We went in, ordered the Caprese salad, and fillet steaks. They were finger licking good! So good in fact that we went back the next night( too bad they were full, and we were too hungry to wait). They change the menu every night. I am so glad to have stumbled upon this little hole in the wall that I will never go back to Entrecote!!

Not impressed. They sell a piece of beef that "you can't find in any other Paris restaurant" but after tasting it, I can tell you can find it in every market in France. The waiter/owner isn't flexible and short on a lot of products. We couldn't decide on the vegetable we want and asked a mix to share between us. He replied "asked the chef". What ?! No surprise that the restaurant wasn't full on an evening in such a location. Had no beer on that day. Only one that he considered to be not good and didn't recommended it. Thanks for being honest, but why refusing a small discount on it?
