Went today for lunch. We all had fish and chips which were beautiful and very well presented. Staff were very efficient and courteous, no complaints from us. We’ll be back in the New Year.

Had takeaway fish and chips £14.99 and it went in the bin! Cold pale dry chips hard batter with wet fish inside. If you're going to charge that much for fish and chips make it edible!!! Gone downhill drastically

Haven’t been for years so decided to have a go and visit myself and wife was very excited to try something different on Sunday lunch we was greeted nicely and served promptly by a nice young lady very friendly all going to plan so far. Food arrived and looked nice and fresh I chose lamb wrap as I started eating halfway through the wrap I had hard crunch in my mouth actually throught I had broke a tooth !

So after this last December review. We went back in January to celebate Sons Birthday. Such a let down. Portion sizes are shocking for what you pay. Burger was only luke warm not hot enough to melt the cheese on it. I'm not sure if someone else is now in charge but something has changed and not for the better. Won't be rushing back... Blown away by such accommodating customer care. I am 54 and a stroke survivor now with a hip, mobility issue. Restaurant accommodated my health issues allowing me to park in disabled bay and giving me and my friend a larger table for two in a quieter more private dining booth to reduce noise levels for me the best they could. Outstanding and so chuffed by the customer care. Food as always tasty, generous and well presented with prompt attentive service.. 10/10 from me and booking up again to go end of January. Incredibly impressive x

Never going again. They were phoned before we went and told one guest was allergic to meat and fish. We were told not to have anything fried. That includes anything makes as vegetarian or vegan. And to make the waiting staff aware. We did. Ni notice was taken to to our order. Basic salad, we got the expensive one. Garlic bread not fried and that was griddled with the meat. We were left waiting ages. No one came to see if everything was OK. When they finally came over we had gone off the idea of puddings. Vegetarian food isn't suitable for Vegetarians. Nor is the Vegan food. Poor food. Poor service. Poor attitudes.

I went out for a meal the other night. I could not wait for it. Until i got there. I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Izzy who quickly and efficiently showed me to my table. Soon after a dark haired woman with a strong foreign accent came over and asked me if i wanted any food (in a very rude manner) I immediately felt uncomfortable. She came back about 30 minutes later with my food and did not ask if I wanted a drink with it, bare in mind i was very parched after working an 8 hour shift before. I had to go up to the bar and get one myself which left my food going cold. I then had to go and get my own sauces due to not being asked before. After my meal was consumed (which was very l...
