Very overpriced for what it is, had a ‘sirloin’ steak and it was over cooked and full of fat, and chips are like chip shop chips

This place is lovely the staff are very friendly. My mum always has the burgers and they are really nice. They also do takeaways which is perfect. The deserts are nice. If you are wondering what to have I recommend the burgers and for your child try chicken nuggets.

Just collected a takeaway from the Podge and Tin and it was fabulous. The food was presented really well, we both had burgers I had lamb and my husband beef and we both had sides. We could not fault anything from the collection which was very well organised under the circumstances and the excellent food.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The menu has a fantastic selection - we ordered wings, half a chicken, butterfly chicken, and a few burgers, all of which were cooked perfectly. The drinks were delicious as well. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.

I went to this restaurant with my family and friends. There was something on the menu for everyone, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and provided prompt service. The milkshakes were the highlight of our meal - the best we've ever had! We were tempted to order seconds. I would definitely come back to this restaurant again. The layout was well designed and the decor was great.

Throughout lockdown ordered numerous takeaways from here. Every single time faultless. Very safe and organised takeaway service, always bang on time. Ordered the calamari starter and half lemon n herb chicken with homemade chunky chips and Mediterranean salad is usually plenty to serve two people. Delicious n salad bowl fab with olives and sundried tomatoes. Very fresh too. The bannofee tart is best ever had. Divine. 10/10 consistently x

The service at this restaurant started off well with a friendly greeting and efficient order taking. However, after that initial interaction, we were ignored and not offered any additional drinks or a dessert menu. If the staff had been more attentive, they could have potentially made more sales, not only from us but from other patrons in the restaurant. It was frustrating to see them standing around at the bar, chatting and not attending to customers. It felt like a missed opportunity for the owners to increase their revenue. Just something to consider for improvement in the future.

My daughter is 18 today and she had chosen Podge Tin as her lunch take out treat and to support a local business. We decided to drive to the restaurant and order via telephone whilst there in the car. Opening time was 12:00 noon so we had a look in to make sure it was open and saw a member of staff wearing a dark New York yankies cap sat in the foyer so was reassured it was definitely open. We then called at 12:00......... and called........and called. After 15-20 minutes of trying and watching staff ignore the phones we gave up and went elsewhere. Would have been nice to try the food as I’ve seen friends boris etc on social media but I’m doubtful we’ll return. What a Shame.

This was a meal booked for a 30th celebration but also my parents first meal out after lockdown. My parents were shielding, so this made their first venture out at a restaurant even more nerve racking for them. Podge and Tin made this a really special occasion. They are making sure all do QR code on entry, and I feel the tables are very spaced out inside, I like this, as it's difficult for restaurants to get a balance between numbers and spacing. We were sat on a big table, and had a lot of space around us, with it being a booth it allowed mom and dad to face into us and away from the main restaurant if this made them feel safer, also what was a delight to see if the window above us was all...
