"Terrible experience. We were in the restaurant section and paid for an ‘experience’ and we got one, a bad one. The whole operation in this place is a shambles but the food is actually authentic Indian cuisine and very good….when it arrives we waited 2 hours). The staff had no idea that we PRE—PAID £92). The restaurant was freezing yet none of the staff were masked, service was poor and unattentive, the restaurant was very bright and had zero ambience. We couldn’t wait to leave."

We were accommodated very well last minute. The food was delicious and our waiter, Oliver, looked after us very well all night.

The service was very, very bad. Your food was very cold and bad. I am not happy at all and I will not come to that restaurant again and it took a lot of money from us and I tell people not to go to that restaurant.

Bymiske I book the reservation for Dine-in in restaurant... but manager arranged pods for me with no extra charges... quantity of food and taste was amazing... really enjoyed... thank you Ponsbourne for amazing service...

I had a lovely evening, and the food was outstanding. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the heater in the Pod was not in great condition. Nevertheless, I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends! Visualizza piatti

Overpriced and overrated. The menu options are quite limited, and the food wasn't served hot, likely because it's only available outside with no indoor seating. I also doubt that the Chicken Tikka was cooked in a tandoor, as there were no skewer marks. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit.

If you eat in the pods or domes, then it may well be good, we booked the restaurant for ease of access for my 88 year old mother’s birthday we had to ask to be served just to get a drink, then again to order our food, to be told there were no poppadoms, on the already limited menu what Indian restaurant doesn’t have poppadoms, at this point we paid the bill and went to a restaurant 5 mins up the road! Absolutely awful
