"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant was empty so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The staff were very nice and friendly. We ordered a fry-up which was okay. My 11-year-old daughter ordered the small ribs for £8 as part of a weekday special. Unfortunately, she was disappointed as she only received 4 mini ribs that were mostly fat, so I had to cook her dinner when we got home. The desserts were small for the price we paid. Our bill ended up being quite expensive for what we received. It's a shame because the restaurant seems like a nice pub."

I made a reservation for a business meeting at this charming restaurant. The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

Empty due to corona virus so canât comment on atmosphere. Very nice people, friendly. We had a roast wbich was ok My daughter Aged ordered a small ribs kitchen staff were kind to serve this as it was a weekday special but it was v disappointing- she was given mini ribs which were mainly fat so I then had to cook her dinner on our return home. Puddings were v small portions for the price. A pricey bill for what we had. Shame as nice pub !
