"I wanted to take a moment to highlight the excellent service I received today from Harry and Theo. Despite being overwhelmed with numerous customers and a bustling restaurant, they managed to make everyone feel welcomed with their smiles, laughter, and jokes. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that everyone seemed to be lining up just to chat with them. It was a refreshing change from the usual hectic days at the restaurant. Thank you for handling the stress with grace and professionalism while still providing a warm and inviting experience."

This is a pleasant stop for some fast, light and quite tasty food. This chain does a good job of keeping up quality.

Lunchtime and seats available! Not much left in the way of selection but I always have the same thing anyway. Nice staff.

We always stop by the Pret a Manger in Trafalgar when we are tired of spending a hundred pounds for dinner. Pleasant staff, fresh food and the price is right. Visualizza piatti

I popped in after a visit to The National Gallery and enjoyed a nice coffee and chocolate croissant whilst waiting for the rain to subside. Comfortable seating with a nice buzzy atmosphere on Saturday afternoon.

The reviewer did not have a good experience at this restaurant due to their intolerance to meat products and the lack of empathy from the staff when addressing the issue. It seems that the company lacks proper training and attention to detail, which is surprising given recent food labelling problems at other establishments. It is recommended to avoid this restaurant.

I stopped by this Pret for a coffee and to use the restroom with an elderly relative. Unfortunately, after placing our order, we discovered that all of their restrooms were out of order. It would have been helpful if they had posted a sign on the door. We had to search for another restroom, which was difficult given the situation. We felt very disappointed by this experience. I’ve always found this cafe a good place to meet a friend.....chatting over a coffee and a cake or sandwich...(their pain au raisin is the best in London). It’s central to the tube and many theatres and cinemas. The serving staff are so friendly and helpful....in fact on my visit this week, I’d ordered my coffee and paid for it...and then decided to have my favourite cake. When the charming girl served it to me, she said ‘on the house’ Of course I’ll be returning!!!

The woman serving with severe eczema is not why I 'm complaining. The long wait while she made a meal of explaining how to pay to the guy in front of me isn 't why I 'm complaining. No, the reason I 'm complaining is the extravagantly tattooed cool dude , who grudgingly decided to serve customers, responsible for serving up something half way between a flat white and a Machiatto. Hard to know if that is down to ignorance, idiocy or indifference. Best avoid in any case!

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
