Visited with my daughter granddaughter on our way back from London as it was way I had never been to Prezzos Outstanding friendly service from the moment we walked in GF choices The food which included Pizza chicken mushrooms and burger was...delicious If I lived closer would definitely visit again All staff a credit to the company Thankyou

A friend booked the restaurant for my leaving do. The table was booked for however the restaurant said we'd booked for and then said they were busy and let our table go. We walked past and it was practically empty. I love Prezzo...but not this branch. The last time we went to this restaurant in St Neots the waitress was incredibly rude. We won't be going to this Prezzo again.

My family and I had a nice dinner at this restaurant, but unfortunately, after eating the margarita max pizza, I had food poisoning from the expired cheese. My partner and other family members also got sick from their pasta and pizza dishes. This was surprising as we usually have a good experience at Prezzo. I spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom with severe stomach pains and vomiting.

We had a fabulous meal for my sisters birthday it was a busy evening and the atmosphere was nice. The food was delicious but I must say the best part of the evening was Dimitar which we believe is the manager. He went out of...his way to make sure we were looked after and even made my sister a rose from a napkin which was amazing Thank you to all at the St.Neots branch for a wonderful evening and meal.

Prezzo (the chain) has had mixed fortunes and its menu options haven't always been good. Back to St Neots branch after an absence, and we loved it. A decent menu with plenty to choose from, pleasing decor and ambience, attentive and efficient staff. I had...a chicken dish which was excellent. We had a freebie good quality bottle of prosecco on a coupon. Best chain-restaurant meal I've had for a long time.

Everything was great, we all had a delicious meal! HOWEVER, one waitress, we believe her name is Libi (we heard other staff members call this young lady by this name) was shouting and screaming at kitchen staff. The restaurant went all quiet and people were...shocked by this awful behavior that she demonstrated. We don’t really know where the manager was at this moment, but we hope this lady learns how to work well under pressure!

My first visit to Prezzo was a delightful dining experience. We were attended to promptly by friendly staff. For starters, we had pizza bites followed by a delicious goats cheese pasta dish (apologies, I can't recall the full name) and finished off with sticky toffee pudding for dessert. We also enjoyed two cocktails and utilized a voucher that significantly reduced our bill. I would gladly return as the decor was pleasant and the food was excellent.

Me and my partner came in for dinner and the place was packed! Super busy! And the staff handled it amazingly they were all so attentive and gave friendly service! We didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was very nice! And the...food was delicious I had a spaghetti and my partner had a pizza, both were very nice and the sizes are perfect! We also had a delicious dessert! I thought for how busy they were we didn’t wait long at all, but even so they took our last round of drinks off as a apology for the wait which I thought was a lovely thing to do! We will definitely be coming back here again! Thank you so much to all the staff for a fabulous night!

We visited this restaurant on a quiet Monday and were greeted by the manager at the door. He asked if we intended to use any vouchers, and when we said no, he jokingly mentioned they weren't accepting any. The food was good, but the manager kept adjusting his mask constantly while checking on us. When it came time to pay, we were told they no longer accepted cash, which was not communicated to us beforehand. The manager mentioned it was displayed among the children's drawings, but we didn't see it on our way out. This caused some embarrassment as one member of our group didn't have a card with them. Overall, I feel the manager here did not meet the standards expected of a Prezzo establishmen...
