Prezzo - Menu

Great pizza and pasta, very good generous portions, lovely fresh sauce. This place has a very good atmosphere. The staff were excellent very attentive. Will definitely go there soon.

We like Prezzo chain for their pizza and we visit different ones from time to time. Harrow's Prezzo is a bit dark (shopping centre and no windows) but pizza is still done to their standard.

The pasta was delicious and the service from Fabio and his team was outstanding. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive and we felt well taken care of as customers. We will definitely be coming back soon.

I often dine here for lunch with my daughter and we love the food and the service completely. I know that every review is personal but my experience is always a good one. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is exceptionally managed by the most amazing, kind, hospital and quite frankly chivalrous manager you could ask for.

We arrived early for our reservation and were able to choose our seating. For starters, we ordered calamari and a beef dish with delicious sauces. For our mains, I chose the Prezzo Burger without the bun, while my friend ordered the chicken and mushroom dish. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again!

following trip to the cinema we came here and hadn 't been before despite living locally. This is not 'fine dining ' but really good decent food served pretty quickly. I had sea bass and partner had vegg spag bol- which we were both pleased with. Service v good and that was with only two waitresses and manager. Lovely ambiance and decor- what 's not to love. We will be back

Popped in for a midday bite to eat, having read the menu which offered some vegan options. The waitress did not listen to what we had ordered- we wanted 1 arrabbiata with no extra toppings and a vegan 'chicken ' pizza. We were served an arrabbiata dish WITH extra toppings and a real chicken pizza. Basically, nothing what we had asked for. Bearing in mind this was the middle of the day with about 3 tables in use, so not sure why they managed to get everything incorrect. The little bit of food we ate, wasn 't tasty for the price we paid

Very disappointed with this restaurant, one we have used on many occasions. There is a new manager so perhaps that's why my complaint wasn't dealt with properly. I was with 2 others but I only wanted a starter they both ate a full meal. I ordered the shrimp with gnocchi. Can't remember if it was £8 or £9 however there were 4 small shrimp. The waitress was really lovely and when I told her she told me to wait whilst she spoke to the manager. Nothing was done. I was told the manager said I should have reported it earlier. I expected them to so something even just offer a coffee but nothing. We shall not be returning to this Prezzo that we used in the past at least twice a month.

The manager seemed more focused on placing candles on every table in the restaurant than on serving us. We had a hungry little boy who had been patiently waiting for 10 minutes before we were able to get her attention, and when we finally did, she only seemed interested in extinguishing the candles. For a better dining experience, I would recommend visiting MIll Hill where the food and service are both excellent. The manager/owner there is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate customers. It would be beneficial for the staff at this restaurant to receive better training in order to provide quality customer service, as patrons come for both the food and the overall experience.
