"Prima is our go to Italian restaurant and it is always spot on. We dined here yesterday for my boyfriend’s birthday and the food was so good. We had a cheesy garlic bread which was excellent (cheese pulls were insane) and skinny fries. For mains we had the linguini paolo and the Mexicana risotto, which were both amazing. My go to is the linguini paolo and I can’t actually count how many times I’ve had it, it’s so good! We also had some strawberry daiquiris which were really nice and well presented. I’d definitely recommend dining here"

Our dinner was a few months ago and I have very fond memories of it. The servers were adorable and efficient. The dishes were generous and very successful. This is a good place in Newcastle to eat Italian cuisine. I recommend!

I booked a table for my mam's 60th birthday there was 9 of us all together. Food was delicious, staff very helpful, where they had us seated was lovely at the back. I'm so very greatful we had a fabulous night. Would recommend.

Food amazing. Getting showed to our table when manager stopped us and told us no you can't sit in there. Then let next 3 tables go through. They hadn't booked either. For him to dance and slyly laugh at us . Rest of staff were wonderful though Visualizza piatti

Great atmosphere. Busy but not too noisy. Had garlic bread which was really good, and marinara pizza. Also very good. Partner had seafood linguine which was packed with prawns. Friendly staff. Good service. On the pricey side for an Italian but worth it for the good quality food.

I have visited this restaurant many times in the past and been very happy, but feel the prices have shot up since our last visit. No complaints about the food or service however I don’t feel the prices are justified. There are cheaper Italian restaurants in Newcastle, where the food is as good, if not better.
