"Food soggy and late. We don't live that close but took 1 hour 40 minutes. The food is shut in cardboard boxes so arrived hot but had been steaming the whole way so both chips were completely soggy and chewy and the burger top bun was okay as the top of the box had air holes but again a tight box so the bottom of the burger was soggy mush like holding a wet paper towel. The expensive milkshake was just slightly cold flavoured water. I appreciate we are not close but if somewhere does deliveries a 15/20 minute drive they should ensure they can deliver adequate food to that location. Well first time eating here. My breakfast wrap resembled road kill and i gave it to my rottweiler. My parteners breakfast sandwich was better. Coffees were frothy milk. Very very disapointing. Will down load pic of my wrap. What was all the burger relish doing in my wrap ffs.

This was one of the worst deliveries I've had. Soggy salad, burnt and dry burger bun, stale chicken batter, the cheese sauce is almost like they've melted a thousand American cheese slices. The chips were so dry and everything was far from fresh. No number, can't complain to anyone. Unbelievably high prices for the lacking quality. Don't waste your money. Order arrived an hour before selected time slot, cold and with incorrect items. I don't like to leave bad reviews but after the awful service from start to finish and the fact I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a call back or a refund it has left me no choice. Have spoken to numerous members of staff who won't give you their first name as it's against Pronto policy. No one in management is ever available. My first time visiting Pronto this evening, staff were friendly but the food was awful, completely inedible, we ordered two chicken burgers and a wrap, the chicken was dry over cooked and rock hard, couldn't eat it, the sweet potatoes chips were only half cooked, couldn't eat them either, the wrap was soggy and the teriyaki chicken inside very bland, the normal chips were okish, im the last person to normally complain but this was poor, the dog had it all. I phoned and complained but no offer of any refund just offed a replacement, no thanks, wouldn't recommend Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
