Qoozies - Piatti

Today I revisited with my friends- we all enjoyed our meals so thank you. I used to come all the time but then had a few bad experiences a few years ago. However after todays meal which was crepes I will definitely be returning

The restaurant offers a diverse menu with many options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast of bacon, onion chutney, and cheese on sourdough, along with a coffee and a banana, almond, and oat smoothie. It was a refreshing and tasty morning meal.

I absolutely adore this place. I recently won a competition to have lunch at Qoozie, which is one of my favorite restaurants. I knew I would love it, but I brought some friends along and we were all impressed. The pancakes were amazing, and our server was very kind and attentive. Our daughter wanted us to go out for lunch and she chose Qoozies because she likes Nutella pancakes. The other options are limited but enough to have you ponder over a few items. The place was clean and quite quiet for 1 O’clock on a weekday. Food arrived quickly and it was hot and tasty. This is a find a seat yourself cafe, where you can use the QR code to order or you can go to the counter.

My wife and I stopped in for a drink. The restaurant was empty and when I approached the counter to order, there were three staff members chatting amongst themselves. They completely ignored me and even glanced at me twice. I didn't even bother trying the drinks because the poor service made me doubt their quality. I left without ordering anything. I have a feeling this place won't last long with such poor customer service.

After my wife had visited Qoozies with a friend she suggested we go for a meal when in town. We called in around mid day and I was impressed by its relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness. I had a panini and my wife had a toasty both arrived very quickly, very fresh and they were full of taste. A couple of really nice coffees completed the meal. The staff were super friendly and we felt very welcome in the restaurant. Overall, I'd recommend a visit and certainly we will be returning. Visualizza piatti

Went on a Tuesday lunchtime. The place wasn 't busy but I liked the thought of a freshly made smoothie and sandwich. Average looking interior and tables outside. About 6 staff behind the counter looking as if they were all in each other 's way. Girl on the till took my order in silence, no hello or what would you like? and looked bored to tears throughout. No please or thank you from her either. The smoothie was fine as was the sandwich but I 'm out of going back because of the total disinterest of the girl on the till. Maybe some customer service training would help.

Haven’t written a review in ages but this has prompted me to do so. Visited this place after seeing good reviews on line. Service friendly but food really, really poor to the point where we actually left it. When you order a sandwich /wrap you expect 1. It to be hot chicken/ cheese/ pesto) 2. Not swimming in liquid 3. With a complementary piece of greenery…. Sadly none of these standards were met. This has actually gone down as the worst sandwich ever. The food needs some love The photo shows literally how it was served… a wrap on a plate serviette was to soak up liquid)

We ordered a chicken salad, ice cream chocolate latte, smoothie, two cokes and the Jamaican chicken burger for £26 The Diet Coke orders arrived flat and warm, (and spilled on the table with no offer to clean up) which I can only assume came from a bottle that had been previously opened. They swiftly replaced with a can and fresh glass. The banana smoothie was artificially bright yellow and tasted as though there was no actual banana in it and the ice cream chocolate latte was tasteless with cheap chocolate sauce and sugar around the rim. The chicken salad was actually quite fresh although had packet bought chicken dumped on top. I could have bought a nicer salad from Morrisons for half the p... Visualizza piatti
