"Came in here to meet a friend and do a little work. The hot chocolate was very good, muffin was ok but a bit hard. It was an ok place and i am often nearby so would have liked to have found a nice cafe to hang out in. Unfortunately this was not it. We were last customers and obviously they were getting ready to close, but rather than explain that the waitress doing the cleaning started cleaning pretty much around our feet and removed my friends water bottle table. The bottle was on the table next to her so easy mistake to make but the problem was when my friend asked if she could have it back - she said she threw it in trash and wasn't going to get it out. This was a bottle which she had bought - not just one you buy from the store! Very reluctantly she brought it back. She was rude, very aggressive and said "we're closed now anyway". I have never really experienced anything quite like this. If she had explained that they were closing we would have left, but we really didn't realise. I suggested that maybe speaking to customers this way wasn't very appropriate and got no apology, just more attitude. I would never come here again. There are a couple of other places across the road which I am sure are just as nice if not better. It always astonishes me when people who so clearly cannot be bothered dealing with people work in a place where you need to try to be nice!"

Good coffee and nice staff + wc. There was no wifi which was a shame. Brookie was a bit dry but ordinary cookies were tasty!

Very small breakfast and coffee place. Muffins, croissants, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, juice. Had a ham-cheece sandwich and a coffee...delicious and cheap. Very friendly service. (Has a toilet around the back corner.)

Visited here twice during a five day stay in Berlin. A lovely little place for coffee and cake or a sandwich. Very popular with locals and tourists. There are cheaper coffee shops near by, but you get what you pay for. This is lovely fresh quality products. I'd seek it out again if I ever visit Berlin again. Visualizza piatti

Popped in here for breakfast. Possibly a bit limited for choice here but we had a plain croissant, a mozzarella and tomato warmed sandwich, a fruit granola and apple and cinnamon muffin. All were tasty and fresh and would definitely recommend. Cafe itself seemed popular and busy. Seating a bit limited if eating in but still worth it.

Being successful with a small café is not an easy endeavour, low margins, lots of competition. My guess is that to be successful one needs to stick out compare to all the others, and this is something Queen of Muffins does, and how. No ordinary sized muffins and cakes, no ordinary sandwiches (Brie, Chicken, Cranberry = WOW), and very tasty espresso. This place is 2 S-Bahn stations away from my office, but I already know I will be coming back to taste everything they have, one by one!
