First time visit. Slow service, small portions with expensive prices. A small plate for the carvery with a tiny amount of meat, £14. This is the adult portion. Staff seemed stressed out and off the ball. Carvery food section is tiny and basic. Meat dry. Had great expectations, sadly will not be returning and left feeling frustrated and out of pocket.
