First visit great place to visit hence 5 stars. I will definitely be returning again.

The curries at this restaurant were amazing and enjoyed by people of all ages, from 10 to 66. We couldn't find any fault with the service or atmosphere. This was the best curry I have had in a while.

I see that there has been several bad reviews. Let me put people at ease , we had a fantastic meal food really tasty and the service from the staff was great . The restaurant was packed and not once did we receive bad service. Food came out within a reasonable time and was piping hot . I do really think some people expect to much . Would definitely recommend

The service was great. Immediate attention on entering and given a table quickly. A reasonable amount of time given make choices before ordering and food served quickly. Be aware that there is a minimum order of £20 per person excluding drinks. Decor and furniture tired, but other good atmosphere. Would use again for a casual meal out, but not good enough for that special meal.

I went to this restaurant with a group of old friends from Romania, Slovenia, Denmark, and the UK and we had a fantastic meal. The service was a bit slow, but we think it was because they were short-staffed (our English friend mentioned this). However, the food (and beer) was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed it, even the friend who had never tried Indian food before. I have been to Rajpoot a few times in the past, but this meal was definitely the best so far. Visualizza piatti

The worst Indian restaurant I’ve ever been too. The food was tasteless and bland and they wasn’t interested when raising this with waiter not even an apology. The overall service was very poor. At the end when we got the bill we needed some help to work out the order as we was splitting between a group and they wanted a 20% service charge to do this and were very rude about it. When we said that we wouldn’t be recommending them the response was we’ve got enough customers anyway. It’s a real shame this is the only Indian restaurant in town.

Never have I been so disappointed when going out for a family meal, we thought we would try Rajpoot in Sherborne but was very disappointed with the tasteless food and the service we were given was shocking, we were seated next to a very loud group that you could not even hear your own conversation on the table, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when asked for help working the bill out as wanted to pay in small groups we was given a menu, paper and a pen and told to work it out ourselves or would have to pay 20% service charge, the restaurant is very run down the window seal is all loose and nearly falling off could do with re-decorating.
