"Been to few Indian restaurants in my time, but this is the worst ever! Poppadom to start that had a funny smell. Daughter had onion rings that were orange. Wife had onion bhaji that was a slab on her plate. I had the prawn poori that was a mess on the plate. All came with a side salad of slice of cucumber, of tomato and a small handful of lettuce. Got worse when the main meals came, handful of chicken pieces that were tough and the rest was a tasteless sauce. None of us finished the meal. Bill was presented before the table had been cleared, down the drain!! to cap it all after we left my wife told me that the Indian waiter behind the bar stared at her during the meal and my daughter told me she had found plastic in her meal! Anybody who is thinking of eating here AVOID !!"

eating is delicious and the atmosphere is very beautiful. this is a good place for a nice quiet meal. my meal was extremely satisfying and the portions were good.

Tremendous food and highly authentic Indian cuisine experience, can't recommend the plac strongly enough . My favourite Indian restaurant and a proper reason to visit the area .

Just could not wait for the dinner to finish, I had to give 10/10 for the best food. I have been traveling around Scotland for a while now. Craving for Indian food and that's how I ended up in Ranas, must say this was heaven. Food top class, brilliant service Value for money. Recommend for any food lovers.

Delicious food and lots of dishes to choose from on the menu. Prices for some items are a bit expensive. The food took quite a while to arrive but is understandable considering the limited staff working in the restaurant at the time. Toilets were clean but menus on the table were not very clean. Food portions were quite large so I would recommend only having a small starter.
