"We placed our order just before 6 PM, and it took an hour and a half for the food to be dispatched. After that, the delivery driver had a flat tire, which added an extra 30 minutes to our wait time, totaling two hours. To make matters worse, our naan breads were missing. While I was offered a credit, I declined and am still waiting for the manager to get back to me to arrange a refund. The kids liked the chicken korma, but the rest of the food was quite bland for adults. Overall, I was really disappointed. Service: Takeout."

Our local Indian Cuisine. Food always smells amazing when walking past and tastes excellent too. Really friendly owners and employees and always happy to recommend the Rasoi Cottage to friends and family. Thank you for providing excellent food. A firm favourite of ours. beautiful eating and place I known for this many years ago location for its fantastic kitchen and hospitable she pulled out unicorn hill and wow what a fantastic choice for a new location they offer the best quality eating for around average price always loved the chili garlic chicken curry and will happy again thanks go wish u luck in the future

"Arrived a few minutes early at 3.15pm for our 3.30pm booking. Very warm welcome from blonde waitress at bar. Very quickly seated by dark haired waitress with glasses who wasn 't very friendly from the start. Pub was fairly busy on arrival but soon became pretty quiet, perhaps explaining our tail end of service poor experience. Wine list had to be chased as didn 't arrive. Drinks also had to be chased. Service to actually place our order had to be chased as we were seemingly abandoned after asking for a few minutes to chose our meals after being asked for our order only a couple of minutes after arrival. Further service had to be chased from our dead zone later in the meal. These were details only, very annoying but par for the course these days sadly. The main and more significant issue was the quality of the roast beef. Tough to the point that you could not cut it. Also delivered not as requested in terms of cooking so lots of back and forth to get our meat cooked as we had asked. Numerous veg were cold or luke warm. Several yorkshire pudding way beyond crisp to the point of being burnt. Excessive salt on majority of veg. Manageress arrived fairly quickly and was initially responsive but the experience at this stage was already hugely spoiled. Replacement food was much better but by that stage we had been put off the whole lunch and to reflect this were offered 2 glasses of wine and a portion of custard to compliment our dessert! This place has been unreliable since the start of the Giles ownership. The family attitude to customers is poor. We asked for the manager to review the bill to reflect the poor experience and ended up being passed a phone to talk to the manager who had gone home. This some 3 hours after we entered the pub due to the awful experience we had encountered."

"Hands down one of the yummiest curries I’ve ever had! I had the Chicken Mango Mahti and it was incredible, I’ve never had mango in my curry before but I loved it. My boyfriend has a Chicken Naga it was super spicy and delicious, so much flavour. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We had Amin serving us and he was amazing. Thank you so much!! "I won a contest for a free takeaway from this restaurant and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic. In addition to the takeaway options, they also offered a sit-down menu that was top-notch. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and the staff are very friendly. I would easily give this place a perfect 10 out of 10 rating."

"went here today for a meal for my husband's birthday, was looking forward to it ,BUT unfortunately it was not a very good experience ,we had the roast chicken we had to leave half as the brocil spears were inedible solid unable t3o get our knives through to cut them,the toast potatoes were hard and powdery &dry it really spoilt our lunch ,I did complain the waitress said she would inform the chef . but that was the it ,there was not come back . Because it was his birthday we thought we'd go for desert which came and that was okay . It cost us £52 79 for a meal that was meant to be a great afternoon, having spoke to another customer in there ,they also said it's always the veg that's not up to scratch ,either over cook or hard and dry . Very disappointing ."

"The quality of the food was awful. We ordered a Masala, lamb and chicken, it was practically mush and I found it quite inedible. It did not look properly cooked and definitely not like Indian food. We tried to report this but their responses were unprofessional and repetitive, never actually trying to solve the issue, they refused to give us a refund and just ended the chat even though we still hadn’t finished the conversation."
