"My daughter and I visited on Saturday, January 17th, for lunch. Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, which was a nice respite from the cold outside. I was pleased to see a specials board available for the weekend, so we decided to order from the "2 meals for £12" menu. We chose the chicken goujons with chunky chips, served with salad and a garlic dip. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and our food arrived in a timely manner. Everything was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be returning and I would recommend it to friends. Well done to the Red Lion in Plasworth—5-star service!"

I had a wonderful Vegan Sunday lunch with all the trimmings - gravy, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, and a delicious vegan Wellington. It was absolutely delicious.

Really friendly bar staff (and well kept beers! Incredible roast dinner we were only sad we didn't have enough room for desert. Staff we incredible and fast service. Really can not fault the place!

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant is now offering vegan options, including a vegan Sunday lunch and a plant-based burger. It seems like there are also vegan choices on the regular menu.

The atmosphere was incredible! We held my granddaughter's baptism celebration here, and it was a lovely experience. The buffet was fantastic, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The service was great and the food was delicious at this restaurant. I noticed they are starting to offer vegan options, as I had a vegan Sunday dinner and saw a plantburger on the menu. It seems like they have a separate Sunday menu for vegan dishes, so I assume their main menu also has vegan options.

Stayed at the nearby travel lodge at the weekend...no cooked breakfast available here or at the Mouse next door, so had breakfast here on a recommendation, only a few hundred yards up the road...could not fault it, the food was delicious, plentiful and the lady who served us was so friendly and helpful, good start to our day, highly recommend it ... I had breakfast yesterday morning and it was superb! The food was fantastic, and the staff was great. They were knowledgeable about accommodating gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs since all the food and sauces are made from scratch. They can easily adjust dishes to meet any requirements. I highly recommend giving it a try—I'll definitely be returning for breakfast soon!

we went to lunch on Sunday, 12 May, there. I had called last weekend and was impressed by the menu. my wife had grilled laughs and I decided for the bubbly gay with skalopps. both were well presented and delicious. brought to us by very friendly staff. we didn't want to have pudding, but, oh, my wife was tried by the brombeer and apple crumbs. So I had to try the Scillian lemon cheesecake. both were very good. all in all a great experience. beautiful, not ordering food at the bar, which now seems the norm. well made the red lion. until soon.
