A wonderful place to spend a lunch. Great food and drinks and Pedro and his team are amazing

Pleasant staff but slow service. Vegetarian food pretty dull and accompanying “gravy” massively overstated.

A disappointing visit this time. Usually have an amazing experience with lovely quality food. Sadly it wasn’t upto scratch.

Good beer and wine, but the food is a disappointment as it was an interesting menu that promised much but was poorly executed.

The service was very slow and, as nobody turned to our table after we finished the main, we renounced to order the dessert. Also, an additional drink was added to our bill. Unfortunately we only noticed this once we were gone.

We come here often with the whole family. From the kids menu the Mac n cheese is a bit hit and miss. Hope they can improve the recipe as they get it right only 30% of the time! Hence the 3 stars. The adults menu I can’t complain everything is good, would definitely recommend.

The location and setting is great. It started well but we waited a long time for starters. The main courses were just ok good did not taste awful but was not worth the price. Our daughter’s burger was very dry and tasteless. The service was just ok slow at the best of times. Not value for the cost!

Warm and friendly greeting with reservation acknowledged and immediately sat at our table needed a cushion for one of our party to sit on and that was found and duly positioned. Drink order given and received within a few minutes. Food order taken and food arrived within good time. Unfortunately due to the thickness of the steak (very good size) the steak had been ordered medium rare and unfortunately it was a bit too blue. Steak was taken away and cooked for a few more minutes and came back perfect. No dessert, but another drink each. All in all a good experience, clean and comfortable surroundings, great waiting staff, and delicious food. Well done everyone!

There were 10 of us and the service was unbelievably slow. After ordering shortly after arriving, it took 1 hour 45mins for the food to arrive, this was far too long and totally unacceptable. It was obvious to all of us that there were far too many customers in the pub for the chefs and waiting staff to cope with. We could see exactly the same problems on adjacent tables. This was a family gathering and we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we were all left very disappointed. What was was also annoying was that when I paid the bill and complained, I was offered lots of excuses for the delay but not once throughout the whole event did any of us received a single word of apology.
