"We went to dinner with two people. We ordered 1 water and a yeast wheat alcohol-free. Wheat beer was served warm. In response to the requirement, cooling had failed. Of course, you couldn't tell me before. We ordered 2x Tbone Steak medium for food. Both steaks were so bad in the flesh, and we couldn't eat the steaks. It wasn't even asked if everything was okay or how it tasted. You could see it and try to overplay it. After we complained, we were told that we could evaluate the place on the Internet. A contrast in such a terrible food was not in it. In the past, we are always here. Now this city doesn't see us again. The operation seems to change more often here. There is a star for the good location."

Sehr schönes Lokal doch trotzdem zu wenig Personal. Personal ist top doch leider falsche Planung vom Führungspersonal 1h warten nicht mal Getränke. Schade…

We were 7 adults and went to REDO with great expectation. 4 of 7 people were not satisfied with the order. The T-Bone was a disaster. The whole duck was not o.k. 4 out of 7 were not satisfied. I will certainly not go to dinner with my guests. Shade , Schade ,Schade P.S. and not even Berliner Biere...

Leider extrem lange Wartezeiten gehabt und das Essen nur lauwarm serviert bekommen. Servicepersonal ist nett und freundlich und kam uns am Ende auch mit dem Preis entgegen. Die Küche scheint etwas unorganisiert zu sein weil das Essen auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten serviert wurde. Der Barkeeper hat uns den Abend gerettet war super freundlich und kommunikativ und ist alleine schon ein Grund nochmal hinzugehen. Beste Grüße Visualizza piatti

Wir waren zu Gast in Berlin und haben uns gezielt für das Redo XXL entschieden. Entgegen den vorherigen Rezessionen, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tischreservierung online für Samstag Abend war problemlos. Bei Ankunft wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und es gab für uns keine Wartezeit auf einen Tisch. Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben nicht einmal 15Min. auf unsere Bestellung warten müssen. XXL ist hier auch XXL. Preis- Leistung völlig in Ordnung! Wir hatten einen tollen Aben … – show

Wir waren mit unseren Kids das erste Mal dort spontan essen und haben voller Vorfreude und Hunger auf unsere Essen gewartet. Leider zu lange, über eine Stunde. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wann das Essen kommt, haben wir erfahren, dass es Probleme im Bestellsystem gab. Kann passieren, aber dann möchte man als Gast bitte informiert werden und vielleicht vorab, um das Gemüt etwas zu besänftigen, ein bisschen Brot oder ein Getränk aufs Haus servieren bekommen, das wäre jedenfalls eine nette Geste gew … – show
