Bringing 22 students for drinks, pizza and ice cream was daunting, but the staff welcomed them with good Grace and enjoyed their company, especially Philipe who praised their behaviour. Thank you, you're a star.

I cannot praise Phillipe enough this Is such a welcoming place. We took 22 students and they had the best time. Thank you for making our trip the best ever. YOU are amazing. You had such a positive impact upon our student's Vive L'entente Cordiale

In general the cafes in Lourdes serve similar food so the service and ambiance is important. I had breakfast croissants there and it was fine but nothing special. Service was not particularly friendly and the only view is of the busy narrow street - particularly if you are sitting outside. I would not rush to go back.

Having asked the waiter whether the small steak was the same meat as the large steak which he said was the casse, he proceeded to serve me a small steak which was very tough compared to the steak that the people who were sitting next to me (who ordered the larger one) were eating. I also asked the Portuguese waiter if there were any bars down on the river to which he replied 'non ' which I later found out was untrue.

This was our 'go to' place whilst visiting Lourdes in May 2017. We were part of a school group and we're happy to take our students here for an evening hot chocolate and ice cream. The staff at Le Regalty were great and patient with our students. Equally, the students loved the drinks and food served there, as well as the staff and atmosphere. Filip was a top waiter and really glad we visited! We'll be sure to visit again. Thank you!

Unfortunately we only came across this cafe/bar on our last day in Lourdes,Still better late than never. This is a brilliant establishment where drinks,food and service are of the highest standard.Prices are competitive and not a rip off like some other places. Philip was 'mine host '.What a character.Personable,humorous and service orientated.Our teas were accompanied with complimentary macaroon biscuits and free top ups. In future visits this will be our first and only port of call. Forget the rest!

I go to the Regalty when I am in Lourdes for a lovely cold Leffe and something to eat. On a hot day, it's a great place to relax while watching the crowds come and go, while sitting beneath the awnings. The staff there have always been very friendly, especially the Brazillian waiter Phillippe. I usually have demis of Leffe here, but on a hot day, a litre glass of Leffe Blonde is the way to go. For food I'd recomend the beefsteak, and maybe the blueberry pie and icecream after. Can't wait to return again!

I am puzzled why the reviews are so poor, i can only assume they are talking of someplace else. This is a place with good quality food at a reasonable price, its clean, staff are extremely friendly and bend over backwards for you especially if you cant speak french. One waiter in particular Philip, speaks 5 languages including english and was very helpful and kind. The beer was excellent as well. If your looking for a bar, a cafe, a dinner or maybe some desert, this place stands out among the rest because i have been to many of them. I will be back.

Het restaurant is aan een smalle drukke straat gelegen.Op het terras kan je dan ook niet echt rustig zitten.De ober die ons bediende was vreselijk onbeleefd en humeurig. Er kon geen lachje of vriendelijk woord vanaf. Alles leek hem teveel. Slecht weekend gehad?Nadat we een keuze uit de redelijke menukaart hadden gemaakt, kregen we zonder verdere verklaring te horen dat we slechts uit twee gerechten konden kiezen; spaghetti bolognaise of een halve haan met frites. En dat 's middags om 15.30 uur. We hebben vervolgens alleen iets gedronken.Hierna kwam een groter gezelschap binnen. Zij konden wel uit de kaart kiezen.
