"I don't understand this place. they changed the menu again and now they do not offer vegan sushi and dishes. they say they still have vegan options; but who knows, maybe in 10 days they will change their thoughts again and they will be surprised to find nothing more vegan. pity because the place is quite cozy and the location is great, right in the heart of the marais. the second time at bulle and I have to say that I was disappointed. I understand that they want to develop from the spring rolls to something else, and that is completely in order. However, not only is completely vegan (they began to serve vegetarian sandwiches;) but also, the service was chaotic and very amateurish. as soon as they come into the sitting area, it is much better because the place is cozy in itself; and the cakes are beautiful and generous. Very beautiful place, and the staffs were very nice! Everything they offer is homemade! with fresh and seasonal products! They have 3 floors in the restaurant, with three different atmospheres! What I prefer? The last floor: a spring garden! The BBT is really good, you can tell that they use the top quality of tea once you try one!
