my wife and I ate laughs, the children ate a dish with chicken, to both dressed there were hard uncooked kartoffels. the primel was cold and boiled. the salsa was ok the foods were partly far away from what an Italian restaurant should offer we had to wait 1.5 hours for the eating the restaurant was cozy and nicely furnished the dame that served was nice.

However (then also 1 point to abg) you can see the personal in a paused aarette right in front of the door. this does not seem inviting and could scare off non-smoking. It was served with some freshly prepared young spinach and fried potato. The restaurant is well maintained....This is definitely the best Italian restaurant of Holzminden. It is recommended to book a table for dinner. So why stars and not Being the best Italian of Holzminden I would expect some more premium Italian cuisine, including the use of beef loin, truffle, freshly prepared fish and less pizza/pasta.
