I love the concept of tapas and finding it in other cuisines besides Spanish it is always a plus for me. Loved this place!

Only went here for dessert after dinner. Why is this place so well rated? Because people have better eyes than taste buds: The food looks very good, but the taste is absolutely not at the same level.

I visited this restaurant as part of a food/bike tour with Fat Tire. I would never have found it otherwise. Excellent German food served in a tapas style - small dishes so you could try several delicacies, rather than having to order a full schnitzel or pork knuckle. we were guests at "hotel orberger", whose restaurant will only start its operation in september. so we went around the corner in "the school" and were surprised. very friendly service, beautifully presented and well-tasting eating and fair wine prices. unfortunately we had to leave the terrace after the apéro because of rain, but also the interior is stylish and pleasant.

You can dine outside on a patio shaded from the busy street or inside. I had the steak served with bacon wrapped green beans. The steak was tender and delicious and who ever invented those little packages of green beans surrounded by bacon deserves a medal. My partner had flambé with chicken and ham. It was fun to try a local dish but it was a bit bland. It’s a friendly, vibrant restaurant.

we were last Saturday positiw surprised by this spontaneously selected location: uplifted ambiente in restaurant and on the terrace, rustic in the biergarten in the courtyard (a hotel also belongs to the complex on the chestnut allee), an attentive service (also regarding the drink and feed included vegan)! as well as an excellent, creative cuisine at this day at least it was not better to make it again! We visited on Sunday evening, two of us. We sat outside because the weather was lovely. Staff attentive and nice environment. We had the tapas to share, 9 dishes. You only get one item on each dish I.e one sausage or mini burger so sharing was difficult. All where tasty and we could have eaten more. Dessert off the main menu was larger and filled us up. It was quiet on the Sunday and the price was responsible.

the very chic ambiente (white tablecloth and white fabric napkins also on the terrace) and the very attentive service agree with directed that deserve the predicate gastronomic: as an appetizer the gazpacho was accompanied by a spits of sprinkles and the mozzarella by bufle d’une ratatouille, as a main course the cheerful sticks were not to mention the appetizers at the beginning. with two beer, one hugo, one bottle of mineral water and two espresso we got 72 euro.

we have been here several times and always very satisfied. the staff is young, attentive and friendly. eating is very good, special wishes are implemented without problems and there is always an interesting greeting from the kitchen. Even a single ball is dessert with much love arranged so that it is desserts on the map in nothing.The place is well selected and easily reached with the subway and tram. it sits inside, especially in the back area with views of the farm and outside, on a slightly elevated terrace very well. the prices are a little higher, but reasonable.We are always happy here.
