Food and service were marvelous. Very inventive use of flavors. Only complaint was pace of meal... 4 hours was too long. Meal was our favorite and most interesting during this trip to Europe...spent 4 days in London and Paris.

We went there as we have been informed that this is lso a vegan restaurant. It is not really but they arranged on demand one vegan menu ( 3 courses) Their proposal to serve cocktails (alcoholic and non alcoholic) with the food is interesting. Good value for money!

We had a wonderful, tasteful and memorable dinner at this cozy restaurant. I loved the Chef's use of eastern spices in his creations: Saffron, Orange Blossom and Rose water. The results were naughty, complex and very delicious. I am a vegetarian and the dishes they served me were all very tasty. We also had a bottle of very fine Rose wine from Italy which goes very well with our foods. I also liked it a lot that the atmosphere and the team were very welcoming, cozy, down to earth and kind. Reservation is highly recommended and in my opinion the outside area for sitting was not very tempting(The restaurant is in a main street and a lot of cars pass, there is also a bar right in the other side... I love to eat out in fine places, and i am no stranger to high end M-star establishments. Ox & Klee lives up to its name and menu. You choose from a selection of 5-6-7 or 8 course menus, paired with a matching 'wine'.. if you desire. The dishes are what you would expect... artistic, clever, full in taste bredth arrangment and of course, include a smart story. Wine selection is good, but be prepared to pay heavy for it (60-120 for a good one). Deco is a bit sterile however. The restaurant is only there since a year or so? Daniel Gottschlich in his previous restaurant was always busy in the kitchen working hard behind the scenes, with his move to the Kranhaüser he has successfully developed a new concept. The restaurant has a bistro on the ground floor and his michelin star restaurant is one floor up. The dining area is in 3 seperate areas all connected and offer a view of the kitchen area. He has kept is tasting menu and offers from 4 to 9 courses. We choice the 5 courses and received a total of 9, 4 additional dishes from the kitchen. I think it may have been 5 additional but we selected to decline the cheese course. So be warned. The tasting menu was great value, great to look at the dishes and full of love...

Before a fine dining experience, I get all excited in anticipation to be culiunarily teased, tantalized and provoked. My husband and I travel quite a bit, enjoy dining and love to discover new things. Recently we dined at Ox & Klee. The interior is nothing special but does has a peaceful clean puristic feeling as it is all in glass and is close to the Rhein River however doesn't look over it. The service personnel; (very casually dressed), is competant and professional however a young gentleman when we were chosing our wine, was agreeable to all our choices and had no opinion of his own.
