We tested this restaurant several times because near us, but this time we will not return. The dishes are very medium. the service is extremely slow and completely disinterested on the customer side. In addition, the room is very soundproof.

Pizza plutôt bonne ,par contre quand nous nous sommes rendu compte que le vin rouge (montelpulciano) qui est vendu 3,49fr chez aldi (500m en dessous du restaurant) nous est facturé 32. la bouteille... le sentiment de se faire avoir est énorme. Le patron se fâche quand on lui demande des explications . Multiplier le prix du vin par 8 est inadmissible.

"Worth coming from Lausanne. Great staff, welcoming and takes time to explain their menu and even translate stuff. Food was really good. The pumpkin soup (courge) was just top notch plus the bourse aux champignons (mushrooms) was special and good. We tried the duck and fish. Both plates were presented well, side vegis were delicious and the sauces were good. Local wine was good too."

"You've gotta love the Lavaux for its views on the lake and mountains. Funnily, there aren't that many restaurants where you get to enjoy both the view and the food. Terra Rossa is such a place, nested in the tennis club and surrounded by pines...and bushes. The food is Mediterranean with a bias towards the Italian cuisine. We had a parmigiana with a salad, and a pizza. The execution was perfect. We also had the wine of the month which was better than what is usually served as such. The evening was made even more enjoyable by the staff who was very friendly, attentive to your needs and quick. The restaurant would've therefore deserved a 5* rating if it wasn't for the interior design, which is a bit simple and cold (then again, we're in a tennis club), and not of utmost cleanliness several seats were covered in scraps of food that must have been wiped down from the table, and there's no good excuse for that."

"This is a rare find in the area of so-so restaurants, pizzerias and somewhat slim offerings. Classic warm rustic home feel. Beautiful terrace as well as warm and cozy dining rooms. Staff is attentive and caring. Food is excellent. Great place to sample local cuisine. We watched a very artful and careful preparation os salmon tartare at the next table and we will return just for that. The waiter was attentive and caring. Great experience We will be back often."

"Wir waren bereits vor 12 Jahren einmal bei Philippe Raymonde In der Auberge de la Gare. Es ist 12 Jahre später noch genau so schön und ein tolles kulinarisches Erlebnis. Genial was Philippe und sein Team in der Küche zaubern und mit frischen Zutaten jeden Tag auf die Teller bringen. Unbedingt am Mittag und auch am Abend auch unter der Woche reservieren sonst hat man fast keine Chance einen Tisch zu bekommen. Wir haben auch 3 Nächte in einem liebevoll eingerichteten Gästezimmer übernachtet und besonders den Ausblick auf den Lac Leman immer wieder auf ein neues faszinierend gefunden! Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber nicht erst in 12 Jahren ; vielen dank!"

"We stopped by here on a drive through Lavaux and had a quick lunch. We had the salad niçoise, and the filets de perches. The fish was excellently cooked, and is a local fish. The salad was generously portioned and well seasoned but over-dressed. We had just made our way into Switzerland and were initially a bit shocked by the prices. Ultimately, this restaurant is reasonably priced. However, we asked for water and ended up being charged nearly £10 for a bottle of flat water! Something to keep in mind if you visit."
