"Anlässlich unseres jährlichen Pflichtbesuchs beim 24Stunden-Rennen auf dem Nürburgring waren wir auch wieder in Adenau zum Abendessen. Diesmal haben wir eher zufällig die Trattoria 27 ausprobiert, die früher unter dem Namen "Bei Giulia" oder so ähnlich fungierte. Waren wir vom damaligen Ambiente und der gebotenen Qualität eher enttäuscht, so bot sich diesmal im "27" eine äußerst angenehme Überraschung: von Grund auf umgestaltet, moderner Schick mit historischen Bildern der Nordschleife, sehr gutes Essen mit ausgesprochen angenehmen Service. Das hatten wir so nicht erwartet. Die Anlehnung an das Eröffnungsjahr des Nürburgring ist damit recht gut gelungen. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir am nächsten Abend gleich wieder dort hingegangen sind."

"Did not look like much from the outside, it is just located near a castle entrance, a 10 minute walk from hotel am tiergarten, where we stayed and were somewhat under amazed by our meals. The rear of the restaurant is home to some outstanding panoramic views of rich green valleys and a killer sunset. The food was moderately priced, burgers start at €9.90 but are huge, and very tasty! The schnitzel is also highly recommended, almond and bread crumb coating is lovely and nice sauce. Not much at all for veggies, just pasta but the garlic, spinach and cream penne was delightful. Overall, it was worth the walk up the hill although there is a car park."

"Nice restaurant, decorations a bit outdated but not so bad, prices reasonable. The food is very well presented but average in taste and in terms of associations. As for the starter, we took the scallops, which were good but overpowered by the lemon cream. Followed by the lobster pasta. The lobster per se wasn’t bad but the pasta sauce did not tasted like homemade. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant evening."

"We came here by chance 40min before closure but the waitress was super nice with us and we didn 't wait long until our order arrived ! The dishes were perfect, hot, tasty and not overpriced. The drinks were also great (Spritz Limoncello and Orange Ginger). Special mention for the Schnitzel with mushrooms that was Definitely added to our go to list ! Service: Dine in"
