Excellent customer service by Reece as we entered the pub, was prompt to serve us for our drinks and dinner.Dinner was excellent, beef was very tasty. Definitely recommend, excellent staff

Excellent service, Nicole was really helpful and the food was fantastic, especially considering the price! The beef Sunday dinner was spot on and my grandad called the mini mixed grill ‘beautiful’ so a pretty glowing review! Will definitely be back

I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner tonight and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was overcooked, soggy, and lacking in flavor. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and when we complained, they gave us disrespectful glares. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant, as I was very disappointed with the service and food quality. I would not recommend eating here.

i do not usually write review however I felt that I just had to on this occasion.So it was a Saturday night and I had gone out for my birthday mealI had to wait minutes to get served a drink as they only had members off staff behind the bar. I waited minutes to order food.A further minutes for the food to arrive only to find that it was cold, the steak was inedible and grisly.I sent it back and was offered another meal however as it was now nearly the thought of waiting any longer was unbearable.TERRIBLE SERVICE Visualizza piatti

Although I don't usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. It was a Saturday evening and I went out for my birthday dinner. I had to wait only a few minutes to get a drink, as there were only staff members working behind the bar. I then waited several more minutes to order my food. When it finally arrived, I found that it was cold, the steak was overcooked and chewy. I sent it back and was offered another meal, but by that point, the idea of waiting any longer was unbearable. The service was terrible.

Was down tonight for my boyfriend birthday meal and it was the worst thing I've ever experienced. Food was rock hard and soggy and under cooked and not very filling they didn't send one of the members through so they didn't eat! Staff wasn't very helpful and not very friendly and after we complained they gave us dead eye witch was very rude I will certainly not be returning to this hungry horse and to say I work at a fair and square and follow parts of hungry horse menu I was very disappointed with his this evening went i would not recommend going to this restaurant the staff and food are disgusting!!!

They forgot to bring out one member's meal, so they didn't get to eat at all. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and when we complained, they gave us a rude response. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. As someone who works at a similar restaurant with a similar menu, I was very disappointed in how this evening went.
