Very disappointed with my food...frist time cold ..send back ..second time again. Not excuses..not say more..cheers should be more carefull

The food was tasty and Danni provided excellent, friendly service. The fish was expertly prepared and all guests thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

Been here a couple of times. Food is always lovely and clean the plate every time! Restraint is clean and staff are attentive. Food always comes quickly and if there any problems, staff will ensure to erect any issues quickly. Visualizza piatti

During our dining experience, we encountered a dog roaming freely under the tables. The dog's owner was not responsive to our concerns and the staff did not seem very attentive when we raised the issue. This made our group of seven ladies feel very uncomfortable and intimidated.

Food was lovely could not fault the food however service was really slow, we had to ask for our drinks 3 times as they just never came. we also had to ask when we wanted to order as we sat waiting for so long for someone to actually acknowledge that we was there to take our order. I also think there are far too many tables crammed in such a small space couldn’t really have a private conversations with my partner as the tables were so close and it was really loud.

This is my second visit and there has been no improvement, went back to try the Sunday roast and wish I hadn't bothered. The food here is not good and when I gave the manager feedback she was less than gracious and very defensive. Burnt scampi served to my husband and I questioned about the vegetables being frozen. The carbonara sauce is thick and sickly and my son had to leave it. They didn't charge me for my meal but no one came to check if my food was OK during the meal. Although the food was generally standard there was one moment in the evening which stood out. I sent my son to clean his mouth after his spag bol as he was taken a while I went to check on billy and as i entered he was talking to a member of staff called adam the bathroom was very Smokey as i entered I asked billy what had been happening and too my surprise he said that the young waiter had been smoking an ecig in front of billy and even offering him some!!!! This is absolutely disgraceful and we left straight away Will not be returning until that member of staff is dealt with. Unbelievable!!!!!!

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited 30 minutes before anyone took our drink or food order. The garlic bread was excessively oily and dripping when we picked it up. Our steak burger came with relish even though we requested it without, and it took another 30 minutes to get it replaced. The fillet steaks we ordered medium were both well done, with no pink in sight. Throughout our meal, we were unexpectedly served 2 San Miguel beers, a pizza, and 2 coffees that we did not order. When we received the bill, we were charged for the San Miguel beers that we never ordered. Overall, we do not recommend this restaurant.

6 of us dined at 630pm on a Monday Bank Holiday evening and it was actually very good , we had to call the waiter over for drinks once seated but once we ordered all was great, drinks all good quality and no complaints on the food the Pasta all 'Amatriciana was very tasty 3 of us had it two asked for more chilli was sorted no problem , my tomato garlic bread was super, after 9pm the place began to get quieter so we had the place pretty much to ourselves we were seeing friends from London Who had travelled up so the beautiful decor of the main lounge, the freindly and funny head waiter made it a great place to catch up we will for sure go again Visualizza piatti
