"we arrived shortly before 18 o'clock in the restaurant for the table we had booked at 18 o'clock for the birthday of my friends. the door was closed and a guy sitting on the podium simply cried out that it did not open until 6:30 o'clock. I tried to understand if there was another one when they book an earlier dinner, but he just went: "I am the security guard, not the manager." what obviously my question did not answer, I was very confused. so we were turned away in the middle of the covent garden on a Saturday evening to find another restaurant to go and celebrate the birthday of my friend. what counted 10 times worse when I received an email from opentable (which I booked through the table) to say that roadhouse had reported me as "no show". I showed I wanted to eat and drink cocktails there, but I was crazy! I wasn't impressed to say the least."

All staff at Roadhouse were welcoming and informative, food was incredible and if you get there when it's half off the value is insane! Would definitely visit again.

I love the relaxed feel of this place . I definitely would return to try more dishes. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.

our server was beautiful, but the overall experience was very bad. they had not switched the fittings on in the bathroom so that I could not wash my hands and had to find someone to activate them. the front doors were open so that the entire restaurant was frozen. our nachos came out of ice cold and I had to send my mac and get back as it tasted. I usually don't do this or write bad cries, but that was a take.
