Steps away from Berlin Zoo, this centrally located, bright and friendly brunch secret is a real find! The service is excellent! I highly recommend the champagne sweet and savory combo. When you order this, coffee and or tea is included in addition to one glass of champagne. What a perfect basis for exploring Berlin without feeling too full or too too tipsy...

we had a great time, the hotel is a beautiful hotel, but above all the friendliness of the staff and the love for detail was what made our stay a wonderful experience. the private concierge gave us recommendations daily. from restaurants, bars to historical sites. fantastic and comfortable accommodation. personal is very polite and helpful. first class service. absolutely recommended for those seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. we will be back here!

There were six of us for breakfast and we had the combination package of a hearty and a sweet dish, glass of champagne coffee; a person Eggs Benedict as a normal dish. Unfortunately we each only got half a portion of half a roll, egg. After long discussions, we were kindly "waived" a bottle of water and for half a portion of the eggs Benedict ordered, only half the price, but omitted that this person who left a little earlier had already paid.
