Poor service ordered food for 2pm via just eat order got confirmed showed driver at restraunt then they cancelled my order at 2pm. Poor service never again invest my money in them second time they have done this.

this was the first time when you visited harrow and looked for the first time after the conclusion. I was satisfied with the service and quality of food and will visit again. the restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful.

All of the above for a mere £5.99 !!!! Served on a black mat .. with stainless steel fork n knife.. Very tasty and far better than other cheaper outlets across the road in Harrow. Surprised with negative reviews from others.. I was very pleased.

Avoid this rooster branch, just go to another one, I ordered a double prime beef cut, when the order came the lady called out a single prime beef cut, the wrap was 100% a single and the manager would refuse to acknowledge it, I always...eat at rooster at other places, there’s no way I’m coming back, literally feel robbed

Counter customer service was very poor. I'm not a regular to this place so I wasn't familiar with the menu. Instead of assisting me with the various options they decided to take the mick out of all my questions...very unprofessional. I'm a local so I...won't be rushing back in a hurry. Three members of staff, no one eating in the restaurant and still no time for proper customer service!
