Rose Kebab - Piatti

We have used Rose Kebab for at least 8 years, and never had a poor meal. The Lamb is always superb, recommend lamb shish thoroughly

Great Turkish kebabs and burgers served by really friendly staff which hasn't changed in over 20 years. These guys never dissapoint

The hygiene was well below standards with flys landing on the kebab meat which was stored in an open fridge, floors greasy, no way would I chance the risk for me let alone my family, very disappointed, did not even order, Visualizza piatti

Placed a order waited for over an hour , telephoned to see where order was got told it had left and was nothing there . Paid £28.50 got no food or apology. Turns out it got delivered to the wrong address . Hope whoever got the delivery enjoyed it .

I do not recommend ordering takeout from this restaurant through Just Eat or any other delivery platform. They will take your order, leave you waiting for a long time, and when you call to inquire about the delivery status, they will say that no drivers are available.

This kebab shop used to be one of the best now it’s gone down hill, I ordered a doner kebab with chilli and burger sauce and got tiny bit of chilli no burger.. also ordered chips with burger sauce got chicken nuggets and chips with no burger sauce.. so was charged extra, the chips were awful and cold even tho we had collected and live 5 mins away, ordered a doner wrap with salad and got no salad Visualizza piatti

phoned in an order for collection, chicken kebab and chips x2. collected and returned home only to find we had been given lamb, which we dont eat. Telephoned and they blamed us for the mistake, but said we could come and get the correct order. it was late and not wanting another trip out, and with no offer of delivery, we agreed to return the kebabs the next day for a refund and kebab on the house. returned the next day to be met with them trying to blame us again. eventually got a refund, but they said no to another kebab. serioulsy poor service.

Avoid at all costs had a kebab tonight 29-04-2024 Rose special think the name needs changing to not special it was dreadful. Portion size abysmal if the kebab was anywhere near good then you could accept the portion size but this was hideous diet kebab for full fat prices. All meat overcooked tasteless and the salad needed cpr it was that bad. How can you get salad to look so sad. If you want sub standard please order if not use one of the other kebab houses in Colchester or even travel to clacton kebab express is 5 times what this place is and for less money. Rose kebab answer the phone and listen to your customers

We ordered food to my partners food not to arrive, upon ringing the manager was very rude swore at my partner accused Deliveroo drivers of stealing food. I then called back to be told non of them drive to deliver the food but we can come and pick it up we already said we’ve been out tonight so couldn’t that’s against the law. They didn’t care and rudely hung the phone up claiming I was being unfair and rude to them by asking for them to deliver the food that we were missing. I don’t see that is unfair. They then said pass it on to Deliveroo who would they give us a partial refund? We were just wanting the food that should’ve been delivered but they didn’t care. Visualizza piatti
