I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now and the food has always been brilliant. Good portion sizes and the owner is very friendly.

Its the last time they do it to me and my family. Tell you one time come in double the amount. Always out of something when you order. Real Shame foods good

Had a Goat curry (loads of goat), plantains and jerk and other sides, the food was excellent, proper home cooked, real food. Service was warm and welcoming. Wish they had a place in Wales to visit. Come from Ipswich and doing some work on Wilcon way. Went looking for food and after driving pass all these peri this peri that and that ting call Mac Donald's na. Saw Rose's, came in for jerk chicken, rice and peas... wicked!! Next day mutton with rice and peas... blud fire!!! Real talk nice place to eat for real food and the Guinness punch, wooow. After being recommended personally and also seeing some great reviews on trip advisor, myself and my colleague popped in for a lunch takeaway. My colleague ordered jerk chicken and rice and I ordered Mutton soup and Curried goat. The lady who served us was pleasant but not very friendly. Unfortunately we had missed the lunch deal which finished at 2pm so we opted for two medium main dishes (the chicken and goat) My mutton soup was floppy and 99% lumps of potato (including several pieces that were black) and carrot. Competition is fierce and the multicultural residents in Watford are represented at every turn. There are a couple of Caribbean restaurants in Watford, and this particular venue scores extremely highly in many aspects. Let’s get real.
