"had a great experience here 5 years ago. this time, we had a slow and unenchanted service. we had to wait 45 minutes until the waiter even came to the table, let alone take our order! the tasting menu should be an experience and the explanations were unenchanted and quite open they seemed boring! then we were charged for 6 bottles of water at a height of £30, which we certainly did not. overloaded by £220 for wine. the disappointment is an understatement. we will not come back and remain very disappointed."

Absolutely excellent. Food was superb and the staff are first rate, pleasant and attentive without any airs and graces. Doesn't come cheap but the best never does. Topped off on Valentines night by a visit from the great man himself.

Wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary. The food was spot on,apart from 1 item being a bit cold which was replaced immediately and a free glass of wine to compensate. Lovely dining room,and look forward to going back. Very calm environment

beautiful room and very pleasant staff. I had the tasting menu. It was really good off of one who had a rather strong taste little sosse that tasted like wasabi and I couldn't eat. We had the chefs taster menu with wine pairing. Each course was delicious and accompanied with a perfectly chosen wine. The restaurant is elegant and intimate, the staff friendly, knowledgeable and intent upon ensuring that nothing is overlooked. Roux at Parliament Square is the perfect place to make an occasion special.

Our first visit to Roux at Parliament Square was a joy. The food was excellent, the staff most welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout. We felt completely comfortable, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The music played was pleasant, and so whilst audibly, was not intrusive. Everything about our visible was exactly as we would have wished.
