"Used this Chinese for years. Unfortunately since it has changed to new management the prices have gone up but the quality has gone right down. Ordered tonight and ended up having to return some of it, the food i did eat was bland. Prawn crackers are terrible now with a weird after taste. Also was over charged but didnt realise until i checked the menu. Real shame as i used to love this Chinese."

Delivered before the time requested as it was made as a preorder. I got beef, green pepper and black bean sauce, it was really watery consistency and both mine and my partners food was cold despite it being delivered early.

The Royal Kitchen has been taken over by new management, and I'm pleased to report that the service is now quick and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, as the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you!

I've been using this takeaway for years, but I will never use it again. I paid £16.60 for a 10-piece munchie box, and when I got it home, it turned out to be just a box of chips with a few tiny pieces of what I assume was meant to be chicken. It feels like a complete waste of money.

I generally believe it's best to pick up your food instead of waiting for delivery, especially at fast food places, as the quality of delivery drivers has really declined since COVID. The meal I had this evening was hot, even after the drive home, and it tasted great. It was comparable to other local restaurants, and the price was similar as well. I would definitely return.
