Sachsenstube - Menu

"Arrived after a long journey with my brother and hungry! It had to be remedied. The decision was quick, as my brother always wanted to visit the restaurant Sachsenstube on the side of the street and the sleek weather did not lud any city walk. Previously, the website checked with menu, fine, already selected! So we had no parking problems, with the hotel and restaurant having enough own parking for those arriving by car. Ambiente The restaurant Sachsenstube is housed in the Hotel Reichskrone and we have entered the restaurant through the conservatory and, after welcoming, we chose a table in the conservatory. Both outside and inside very simple. There were 8 rattan tables with 4 comfortable rattan chairs each. The tables were covered with sand yellow or dark red table runners, cutlery, paper napkins and a candle in red glass. The bright flowing floor and the white walls caused a quite cold and cool atmosphere through the 3 modern and very bright ceiling lights, although the conservatory was pleasantly tempered. For candle light dinner not so beautiful, which was made at 2 tables incl. 3 times candlestick and some decoration. Good, but not a feel-good atmosphere. Therefore only 3 stars. Service We were operated by 2 women in black blouse and black trousers and a master in blue shirt and black trousers. All friendly and also quite attentive, when all the tables were occupied at the end of our visit, it took a little longer until empty glasses were noticed or realized that we would like to pay. But everything is cleanly coordinated and correct. Payment of the invoice including tipping by EC card was also possible without any problems by wireless card reader. Solid performance. Four stars. Menu Already checked on the website and discovered a few detail differences on the handwritten map in the brewery folder. In addition to various beverages, open and bottled wines, the card includes various dishes: soups (including Soljanka, small items (e.g. Panned Camembert, sausage meat, salads, vegan, home cooking (e.g. Strammer Max, pasta dishes, meat dishes of chicken, pork and beef, pan dishes, fish dishes, desserts. It is noted that many dishes are marked with reference to flavor enhancers, antioxidants or similar additives. Well, you're so honest. However, you can also see that not everything can be 100% fresh. Beverages After a very short waiting period (feeling only a few seconds came: Wernesgrüner Pilsener (0.4L to 2,90€, 0.25L to 2,20€, Coca Cola light (bottle 0,33L to 2,80€, pineapple juice (0.2L to 2,10€). The drinks were placed directly on the table runner without the usual cover. Of course, there are spots, but if you change the runner... Eating Now for the most part of the evening, the food. After a short waiting period of just 15 minutes (we were among the early guests of the evening 18:45: Rumpsteak (300g with herbal butter, bacon beans and roast potatoes (17,90€ : Supplied including steak knives).
