"Worst restaurant experience of my life!!! Incredibly unprofessional and rude! Terrible quality for everything! DO NOT VISIT! The table cloth was extremely dirty and when we told the manager, they said it’s the fault of the cleaning staff which shows how disorganized this place was! Their “sharbat sekanjebin” tasted purely of vinegar and not at all sweet! We had them fix it multiple times and it still did not taste well and they were extremely rude when we told them it did not taste good. After 45 minutes of waiting, we asked them when our food will be ready and without given us a proper answer, they blamed it on having a busy restaurant, even though there were only four full tables. So again we asked if we can receive an approximate time and she said it’s going to be a little while more. When they finally brought our food, the plates were dirty and the carrots and onions on the side looked old. When we told about the terrible quality, they blamed on one another and finally the mom of the manager and the chef came out. They were both dressed in dirty clothing and they were blaming US for being TOO PICKY about quality!! They did not even apologize and blamed their terrible service on how old their restaurant was! We walked out without touching the food after being forced to pay for the drinks we had barely drank! I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will definitely not be even visiting this restaurant again! Worst experience ever!"

Great food. Lovely ambience. Did I say, really good Iranian food ? The cleared plates should tell the story. Fair pricing. We came mid afternoon so can 't really complain service was slow as that is an awkward time.

Die Speisen und Vorspeisen sind immer Toll. Die Nachspeise ist wirklich köstlich Ich empfehle euch alle, dieses Restaurant zu probieren. Die Bedienung ist immer Perfekt und sie erklären alles, was man über die Speisen wissen sollte. Ich habe immer ein angenehmes Gefühl dort gehabt

the service is very friendly and helpful when they ask about vegan eating. the restaurant is a bit more expensive than my usual price class, but my opinion is worth every cent! the food was very delicious and well seasoned! also highly recommended for special occasions! Conclusion: definitiw recommended!

Great food, impeccable service, wonderful ambient! We had Dinner (koobideh) here. Nice and very romantic atmosphere. Totally attentive service. They were monitoring when you run out of bread, water, anything and just replenish. The menu was out of Irani Food. I strongly recommend Safran Restaurant Cafe. Must try!

Die bedienung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen bezüglich veganer speisen. Das restaurant ist etwas teurer als meine übliche Preisklasse aber meiner meinung nach jeden cent wert! Das essen war sehr lecker und gut gewürzt! Auch sehr empfehlenswert für besondere Anlässe! Fazit: auf jeden fall empfehlenswert!

Wir wollten man was 'ausergewöhnliches ' probieren und suchten uns das persische Restaurant. Es ist sauber und auch in Zeiten von Corona fühlt man sich sicher. Der Restaurantbereich ist verbesserungswürdig, etwas lieblos. Die Vorspeise (siehe Foto) war nicht schlecht aber bestand halt hauptsächlich aus Oliven, Brot dazu würde passen. Die Hauptspeise war sehr gut und hat auch interessant geschmeckt. Allerdings kann man wirklich empfehlen einen Dip/Sauce oder so dazu zu bestellen sonst ist es etwas trocken . Das Service war aber sehr freundlich.

Manchmal passieren einfach gute Sache, im Zuge eines Gesprächs mit einem Bekannten, entsteht eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre, und es folgt die Essensempfehlung ins Safran, verbunden mit der Tischreservierung. Unseren persischen Freunde wären begeistert, dass es auch in Graz diese Qualität gibt, freundliches und erklärendes Personal, tolle Speisenqualität, trotz vollem Haus, butterweich gebraten, originale Getränke, unbedingt zu probieren, und das Warten zum Speisen anschauen nutzen, es zahlt sich aus. Auch wir mussten warten, und haben diese Zeit als Geschenk zum bewussten Genießen angenommen. Ein super Abschluss eines erfüllten Tages, danke an Alle
